Location was nice

Staff- false hope and we still didn't get the room we paid for. Room- much smaller than what we paid for- only three towels and rags when it's four of us. No vent in the bathroom/toilet No free parking- this should be noted when booking; though we got parking as "compensation"

Arriving at this place was one of the worst experiences of my life. I had a booking at this hotel, which I had payed in advanced. When arrived at 1 in the morning Yahweh at the front desk told me with a huge smile that they had no rooms left, even tho I had already payed for my room in advanced. They never messaged me or called me to tell me this, even though I had messaged them a few hours before to ask them about the hotel shuttle. Yahweh was the rudest person I have encountered in my life. He not only laughed at the fact that I was left room-less at 1 in the morning with a crying baby, but when I asked if he could help me find another hotel, he told be there was nothing he could do. Just remembering the experience makes me want to throw up. To this date I have neighter received a refound for the room I didn’t stay at nor an apology/answer from the hotel for the messages I sent them through booking.com chat

The breakfast can be improved! But still it's a great hotel we will return. And will always choose this hotel.

Close to the airport, ideal for an overnight stop to catch a connecting flight. Comfortable bed, spacious shower and AC works well. The staff at the service desk was great.

My messages about the shuttle, days before arrival, we're not answered. On arrival I had no working phone and it was not clear how often the shuttle worked and where to get picked up. I once saw it and it went straight past me, so I took an expensive taxi. Upon arrival at the hotel, after 4pm, there were no rooms ready and I had to wait 30 minutes. These seem small things, but after a day of traveling, they become important.

Mon mari et moi avons décidé de prendre un verre au bar le soir de notre arrivée Mon mari demande à la serveuse quelles marques de bierres sont proposées Celle ci avait l air agacée et lui ouvre énervée les portes de son frigo et nous laisse en plan !!!! Donc mon mari a du se déplacer pour voir les bières dans le frigo Nous avons trouvé cette serveuse ( aux cheveux rouges)très mal élevée et mal aimable Il y avait un groupe de clients qui étaient servis avec le sourire Elle n’ a peut-être pas aimé nos têtes !! C est décevant d’ avoir de tels comportements car le reste du personnel est au top et ce depuis des années que nous nous rendons dans cet hôtel Malheureusement il y a des personnes qui n ‘ ont pas le bon poste

Wszystko było OK! Na śniadanie każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Pokój czysty, dobrze wyposażony we wszystkie niezbędne rzeczy, wygodne łóżka, czysta pościel i ręczniki. Dużym udogodnieniem jest transfer do/z lotniska. Personel bardzo miły, pomocny i uprzejmy. Dobry kontakt z hotelem jeszcze przed przyjazdem, na pytania szybko i rzeczowo odpowiadali.

The arrivals. - Long waiting time for the shuttle at the airport and way too over crowded. People were seated on other people laps!!! What if there was an accident??? - No one was at the front desk and we were at least 12 people waiting on line… I think the front desk attendant went looking for a package but could not find it.

How long it take to get my deposit back, front Desk advise me that it will take 5 business days since May 12, today is 24 May and I still haven’t received the first one or the second deposit on the 16 May.

The location was not great.

The breakfast was ample and good quality. The distance from the airport was perfect. The airport shuttle is an added advantage and very cooperative staff between reception and the taxi driver.

Maybe shuttle could run earlier since some flights are very early.

A Basic Bed

Advertised there was a shuttle. Waited for an hour and while calling nobody answered so I took a cab. Arrived to find the Bus 2 of them parked with excuses as to why they were not operational. Got to the room and remote did not work so calling again and once again nobody answers the phone.

Café com creme oferecido gratuitamente na recepção 24h por dia foi um diferencial que me conquistou. Piscina boa, quartos amplos e com uma série de utensilio de cozinha que você não encontra em outros hotéis.

Academia faltam aparelhos. Ela é bem simples. Cafe da manhã vai ate as 9h, então acordem cedo. Localização é boa, mas como tudo em Miami, voce vai precisar de carro.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good. The room was comfortable and perfect for us.

There was a $20 a night fee for parking. I was not aware of this, but I probably missed it when I signed.
