We loved our time here! We could fall asleep to the sound of the ocean and wake up having coffee while watching the waves - such an amazing location! The complex has a nice hot tub as well to help warm up if you do dip into the cold ocean water. The bedrooms were nice and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook a lot and even make Thanksgiving dinner! The host was extremely helpful and thoughtful - just an overall wonderful stay!

Great spot. Property owner was very helpful and accommodating. Very clean unit, with beautiful views and easy access to the beach and downtown area. We will definitely be back!!

Had a great time in Pismo for the 4th!!!! Pool and jacuzzi right out your front door and one block from shopping/restaurants at the pier. Perfect location!

This was our best ever stay in Pismo. We have rented a number of units within the Pismo Shores community and this was by far the best unit we have stayed in. It had everything we needed and is clearly well maintained. The property owner was easy to communicate with and promptly answered any question we had. We can’t wait to return next year.

You can't beat this location! The unit was very comfortable and although we didn't cook much while we were there, the kitchen seemed to be adequately stocked. Plenty of beach towels and toys for the kids. The deck outside was great for relaxing and enjoying the sunsets. Hope to come back again!

We truly loved our stay at Olivia's beach condo. It's exactly as pictured and is in the perfect location. The complex has a pool, which was great for our kids too! Her home is fully stocked and has everything you could ever need. She also thought of so many personal touches and went above and beyond to really elevate our experience. The only downside was the cleanliness of the condo. While it didn't impact our vacation, it was noticeable in different parts of the home. Overall I would definitely stay here again!

We love this house and set up. knowing my kids ages 3 + 6 would need a mid-day break from activities we opted for this house right on the beach so we could enjoy the view even when hanging at the house. Very well stocked, clean and perfect location with the pool and beach steps away. The community pool was quiet in the mornings so we went then and the kids loved it. Host was communicative and helpful. While the house was perfect, I do feel the need to note this about pismo beach generally during covid times - I felt safe being in the house and at the beach late in the day walking down further away from the pier. the location was so close to restaurants and shops, usually so ideal, it was a little difficult with so many people maskless. A guy walking by us, one of the few wearing a mask welcomed us to “covid beach”. Yikes! So we did food delivery and avoided the crowd altogether.

This house has a beautiful beach front view, steps to the beach. The owners were very nice and responsive to our needs. Would definitely stay there again.

The view from the condo is gorgeous! This property has absolutely everything you would ever need for a fun family beach getaway! You can walk to the pier and downtown within a couple of minutes. The evening on the deck was one of our favorites... Olivia the owner was amazing! You cannot go wrong with this beautiful condo!

The sunsets were absolutely beautiful each night and with a heatwave, in the '80s no jacket required while sitting out in the evening. The condo is just down from the pier where there are shops and restaurants. There were lots of people out and about, but we were able to purchase to-go orders and felt safe shopping in some local stores. Overall our stay was very lovely and we would definitely stay again!

Excellent property in a pristine, gated location within a block and a half of Pismo Pierre. We stayed two weeks and it comfortably accommodated two adults, a teen and two kids. The owner is amazing, even decorated the home for Christmas and had some extra special things waiting for us. We have stayed in many VRBO's and this by far is on the top of our favorites! Thank you!

Olivia is a gracious and responsive owner/host; even provided a Pack and Play for our 2 year old grandchild. Amazing location and views; convenient to everything in Pismo Beach. The condo has everything you will need including beach chairs, toys and boogie boards. Gate access to the beach is great!! Ate too many Old West Cinnamon Rolls!! This is the absolute best condo in the Pismo Beach area hands down. Thanks Olivia for sharing your beautiful condo.

Excellent location right on the beach and walking distance to everything in town. Beautiful views. Well equipped with beach gear. Loved the fireplace for cool evenings. The only item we missed was having a gas grill on the deck or near the garage, like the other units in the complex. Excellent communication with the owner. We hope to stay here again soon!

We really enjoyed our stay! So amazing to wake up to the sounds and a view of the ocean! Condo had all the amenities we needed for my family and I to feel comfortable. Olivia was very responsive. We would love to stay here again!

We loved it! We visit Pismo every year and have stayed at a lot of places. This is by far our favorite. The location is perfect and the the condo is so great. The owner, Olivia, was fantastic, responsive and helpful. You can tell she has pride of ownership and really wants people to enjoy their stay. We will definitely rent here from now on!

This was a 5-star experience all the way around. Olivia was exceptional from our first contact all the way through our stay and departure. The home is just as beautiful as the photos - maybe even more so - and the views are spectacular. We couldn’t have selected a more convenient, comfortable , or perfect location, and we’re so thankful that Olivia has chosen to share her home with those visiting Pismo Beach. We’ll be back!

For the second year, my visiting family of five greatly enjoyed their stay at 123 Pismo. Being right ON the beach, the views are spectacular. You can walk to everything in downtown Pismo. The condo is large and all interior aspects are designed for your comfort and efficiency. Amenities such as club house and pool are there for your pleasure. Olivia is wonderful to work with and readily available. 5 Stars all the way. Roger

We had an awesome visit to Pismo Beach and loved this property. You can't beat the view and location! The condo was nicely furnished and decorated and was well stocked with basic essentials as well as beach items. From making the reservation to asking questions during our visit, Olivia was always quick to respond.
