Clean and quiet property, the staff were nice!!
The room in which I was sleeping , the AC had a problem and the room had a lot of mosquitoes, those were the only things I disliked about the property

Die Lage ist dicht am Geschehen und eine gesicherte Tiefgarage ist vorhanden.
Übler Geruch schon beim betreten des Hotels. Kanal-/Fäkalgeruch, selbst in der Tiefgarage. Urinreste auf der Toilettenbrille vom Vormieter. Da ich gerne barfuß gehe, habe ich ein Stück des Fußbodens mit einem feuchten Tuch getestet und mich nach der Toilette nicht mehr gewundert, dass das Tuch sehr schmutzig war. Ich habe kein Frühstück gebucht und wollte nur eine Tasse heißes Wasser für meinen Tee. Habe dafür 2,50 € hingeblättert. Finde ich ziemlich unverschämt. Auch die Freundlichkeit des Herrn am Check in, konnte die restlichen schlimmen Zustände nicht ausbügeln. Alles in allem nicht zu empfehlen.

Location was great.
The room smelled massively over perfumed - too much deodoriser I think, and I had to open the window and leave for several hours to let it air out. The bed had too much fabric on the headboard and base of the bed I got the feeling wasn't able to be cleaned well with signs of old stains. Did not really feel comfortable. Some way of making tea or coffee in the room would have been nice.

Location is top, WiFi is perfect, price is the most affordable in Antwerp (45euros per night). Bathroom was clean and there was always hot water, staff pleasantly gave me a kettle and tea when I asked. They were helpful every time.
It was a little bit chilly inside the room, but there was a heater and electric kettle given - so I was ok with hot tea)

Bardzo zimno w pokoju. Na zewnątrz było około - - - -3°C w pokoju bardzo słabe ogrzewanie. Klimatyzacja do grzania za słaba. Spałem w sweter i polar. Śniadanie słaba jakość. Sucha jajecznica l, niedobra kawa. Dobry tylko bekon i ser.

My trip was a short one, only one night at this hotel. Because of that I didn't expect much and I was totally OK with my stay. I found the room and bathroom clean enough, was provided with several towels which I always appreciate. My sleep is OK and I don't mind a bit of noise. Slept OK. The place is definitely conveniently situated, close to the train station and close to city centre. That was the most important to me.
For such a short stay, I don't have anything to mention.

This unassuming hotel turned out to be perfect for my three-night stay. The room and bathroom were modern and well-designed. The buffet breakfast was excellent and had a good choice of fresh fruit. The location was walkable from the central station and well-located for local public transport. Good tip: if arriving by train, visit the tourist office at the station for a map and information. I would definitely use this hotel again.
There was a power socket in the wall which was taped together and evidently in need of renewal, but fortunately I didn't have to use it.

The location is really good, because it is close to the train station, and is close to the main things that you need to know in the city.
I think that the cleaning of the floor could be improved or the walls.

It was in the city centre
The shower was broken and therefore only had really hot water coming out. One pillow was really hard the other could barely be called a pillow. There also weren't any extra pillows to use.

The room filled the most important qualities for me: clean, comfortable bed, and quiet at night. Friendly reception as well.

The Wifi barely worked in the room, bed sheets had blood stains on.

it’s not a five star hotel but should be better maintained plus during the winter heating should be on in every room :(
