Smell all around the hotel is bad Smell in the bathrom was the worst I found mouse in the room!!! Worst hotel i ever stayed They dont put even water! You should buy it Francy manager she was not heplful and mean with all customers and also she shouted on staff in front all of the customers and also there is old man he is so bad and rude

I like everything until I met with African person working in reception ( reservations)

I met with Africa guy I don’t know his name because he did not put his name on his clothes , but he has bad attitude and bad customer service , I did check out in early morning to go to the airport, and he keep speaking about the money, I surprised because I did all the payments when I checked in with also additional warranty in case, so I expect to have only my money! but he explained in wrong way that he said just we locked this price and then he said just you have to pay 10 euro , I told him it is fine , so he deducted from the extra money that I saved with them. in the end I told him to help me with my bag because I have four big bags he did not do anything just the another labour with him open for me the door ! really bad customer service especially with Africa guy who work in reservation and reception
