L’emplacement est parfait pour moi. Il est très bien placé, à côté de la gare et il y a des magasins + cinema + restaurants autour.

Un sur deux réceptionnistes parlent pas très poliment. Quand on demande de changer les draps, serviettes, nettoyer; que 70% du travail est fait, c’est-à-dire, soit le lit est rangé mais les draps ne sont pas changés, etc.

The lighting is always poor in hotel rooms very dim, People need to be able to turn lighting up to get ready apply makeup instead of standing 3 foot from a bathroom mirror , need a magnifying mirror in bathroom too

the food was brill… the barman was so so nice recomended the mushroom starter was brill… good staff at restaurant too very friendly

Room was a little tired and smelled of stale cigarette smoke.

The view from the Pitch View room is spectacular. Access to the local retail park and food outlets is superb

The location was good for what we needed and the bed was very comfortable

The room which was a suite was very dated and in much need of updating. The list of facilities is 3 years out of date as the hotel no longer has leisure facilities

All was well but recommend that have some provision of having cooling system please. it was to hot on the day and so was the room temperature throughout the night. Appreciate that a fan was provided, which wasn't functioning well.

Room was quite hot, otherwise house keeping was good. You might be aware that there is some maintenance required in the bathroom.

Hotel room looks dated and in need of a refurbishment. I probably wouldn't stay here again. I thought the price of £129 room only was a bit on the high side. I assumed this was because it was a match day.

Expected the room to be more modern. One towel for a family of 3. In the stadium view room. Breakfast was below standard.

Breakfast was poor for £12 Food looked like it had been there ages. Was luke warm. Even find eggs that came out supposedly fresh look old and were like warm too Coffee machine didn't work properly

Great location and stylish spacious reception. External building looks well kept and ample easy access parking. Great WiFi access and good value bar/food prices. The reception staff were very polite and helpful and did attend to any specific requests.

Dining facilities, tables, chairs and especially sofas and carpets around the first floor bar area were dreadfully stained, worn with dim lighting. We stayed in a suite which was spacious and the bed was comfy, with great seating areas and good heating/air-con, however whilst the bathroom was spacious there was a dreadful smell from the sinks/drains and the room looked old with much of the facilities in a poor state with limescale across taps, grouting and surfaces. No coffee machine or mini fridge just sachets and a very slow kettle. No information in the room at all about what the hotel offered other than a couple of menus.

Grubby. Everything in the room was tired looking. Chair looked dirty. Not inviting to sit on. Decor was uninviting. Room smelt mouldy. Horrible stinky net curtain. Bathroom needed mould bits bleaching and rusty bits replacing

The location was good for me and the staff were friendly

There wasn’t a bottle of water in the room which was disappointing and the hairdryer was poor. Low power and had to keep your finger connected to the power button. Not want a would expect from this grade of hotel . I also feel breakfast should have been included in the price and served from 6-6:30am not 7am. 7am is too late for business travellers.
