Location is a real advantage, although situated on the border old medina it's still close to the places worth sightseeing in Sousse. Wifi signal was of really high quality

hot water, it wasnt hot enough and perhaps they use solar panels to heat up the water, it advertised the Hotel has a car park, but in reality its a street parking with limited hours of 6pm to 9am and you need to move your car elsewhere or find a paid carpark.

Central hotel in the medina of Sousse with nice staff, Rooms srae clean and breakfast is good. Overall good value for money

Nothing except the location

Receptionists wer rude and not helpful. They also wern't onest. Bed was very dirty and was not prepared professionally. The plankests were disgusting. Asked to change room but found it in same conditions.

The hotel it's inside the medina, which already feel like you're part of the ancient city just by entering there. The architecture of the building is beautiful, rooms que clean and actually big. The sweet petit-dejeuner was really good, perfect to start the day. Moreover the host was really helpful with recommendations.

Old hotel that needs more maintenance! Located in Medina Sousse with easy access to the main road. Calm!

-You can only pay with cash. -Room with dirty bedsheets & pillowcases , good Air Conditioner, cracked bed. -Reception staff ARE NOT WELL MANNERED!! Hotel Door closes at 10pm ! -Overpriced compared to the Hotel Quality -Breakfast is super basic with no water!! (bread, coffee, butter, croissant)

The rooms were very clean Air-conditioning was very good Toilets were clean and have hot water and cold water. Location is in the heart of the city.

The hotel has no elevators Parking is far away, so if you have luggage you will suffer Difficult to find on the map if you are driving

Convenient breakfast included in the price. Accomodation close to the great mosque, beach and train station.

I always stay in this hotel during my visit to Tunisia. It is a nice historical hotel in the heart of sousse old City.Also the owner of the hotel is very gentle man and friendly with customers.

I don't like the way of dealing with customers in the reception. I think the receptionist should go under training of how to respect guests.

Perfect location, lovely staff and low price!

Verry kind, friendly and helpful staff. They took care of all my needs, proided a laundry survice for a fee, and brought tea and cakes to my room when I ask. Staff helped me with directions to visitor attractions within the Medina (the walled old city). My room on the ffirst floor had a double bed with good pillows, sheets and blankets included, plus en-suite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Toilet paper provided. A good breakfast included in the room price with bread, jam, butter, yogort, boiled eggs, dates, a croissant and tea/coffee. Room contained one desk, one chair, and one wardrobe. One bath towel was also available and included. I was given an extra blanket. My room had windows.

The heating in the room didn't work and the room was cold at night. The internet took a long time to connect at the first attempt and was slow and didn't always connect immediately. Lots of steps in hotel.
