I have visited Paris perhaps 12 times, staying in different places and neighborhoods. This was my first time in Le Marais. So vibrantly energetic in the middle of Parisian life but still close to all areas to visit, especially with the Metro being directly outside. From Metro to CD airport via RER about 45 minutes. The apartment is very well appointed. It is a small area but actually bigger than expected, A great place for two but four could work. As noted the bedroom is a loft and is perhaps about 5ft high between the beams but very comfortable. Of course their are markets and boulangeries a two minute walk away. So, breakfast every morning in the apartment watching Paris life walk by. It is located right across the walk from a four star hotel at over $300 per night for a room and also 40 steps away from BHV Marais. Paul was a super host and met us at the apartment with the keys. The apartment is on the 2nd floor (EU) but the staircase is quite wide to accommodate luggage. On our next trip to Paris whenever that might be we will be staying here again. C'est la vie .... The property is well-maintained. Our host was prompt and responsive. The location is perfect. The metro links directly to the Louvre and Arch of Triumph.

The flat is quite small for 4 people, but still ok. We were there with our 2 kids (11 and 9), which was fine. Very clean and everything what you need is there. The area is great, in the center of Marais, but when you close the windows, it is silent. Perfect stay for a Paris trip!

Perfect location, very good communication with the host/owner and well priced. However, the loft is very low, maybe 5 feet between the rafters and the stairs to go up to the loft can be a little tricky. Overall, we had a great week stay in this apartment :)

location perfect cleanliness very good sleeping arrangements not suitable for 55 plus as stairs to upstairs loft are quiet dangerous and ceiling height you can not standup people should be made aware before they book as its quiet disapointing when you arrive had to book other hotel for rest of our stay at great expence

Very cozy place, centrally located on a quiet pedestrian street, and next to a metro station. The kitchen is fully equipped. The amenities are perfect for travelers. No need to pack anything. There are some stairs, but this is to be expected in the Marais. The host, Paul, is very gracious and easy to work with. Will definitely stay there again.

Nice little appartement in the centre of the city. Ιt was fully equipped and nicely decorated . It had anything you need and it was like home....Centre of Paris just 5m from the metro station. Next time in Paris we will choose the same for sure..Thanks...
