We booked two apartments for family of 10 with two teenagers but these apartments are also well suited for kids. 3 levels with a lot of stairs, clean, tidy and all modern cons. Would definitely stay again. Easy walk to town. Thanks to owner Camille for allowing yor apartment to be enjoyed an Margeaux an Jen for making the process stress free

Great apartment with great views of river and walking distance to town. Very spacious and everything you need. We had a great time there. Only negative and only a small one was the rooms downstairs took a day to heat up. As we stayed in winter, would have been great if the heaters were put on prior to arrival, kids bunked with us on first night as took too long to heat up dowstairs. Definitely stay again!!

This house was perfect for us. Having 3 bedrooms, all ensuite was great and so close to town. The view was amazing and the full kitchen was awesome. Thanks for having us and we will be back.

Property itself is great, the location is fantastic with a very quick walk to town and a nice quiet location. The only somewhat negative thing was the property was a tad grubby and could possibly do with a good spring clean. Towels, linen’s and bedding though were 100% fresh and clean. Would definitely stay again.

The place itself was located in a nice area - we liked how we were away from town but it was right across from us. Enjoyed our stay, the views were immaculate. The place was kind of dirty - it seemed to be a fast clean, coming from my perspective as a cleaner - cockroaches were foubd etc thought there would be access to more linen towels etc. orher then that would stay here again and take in own cleaning equipment, linen etc if we do.

We enjoyed the location, good communication with renting agency. The appartment could do with a good clean, paying good $$, we expect it to be clean. Also be aware you have to take away all your rubbish so go prepared with rubbish bags.

Very nice apartment for a stay in Taupo for the family. Good location and facilities. Only negative was the bathroom fans which ran for ages after having been switched off which was not ideal at night. But even so, would stay here again

Clean, modern, warm and a great location. Perfect place to stay

The place and location were nice but there’s a few things that need addressing please. 1. The 3rd bedroom was not well setup or guests. We had to move outdoor furniture and clean the room to be used. 2. The fan in the garage ran all night and it was rattling and very noisy. I got virtually no sleep. 3. The place should have been cleaner. The dust on the stairway was an indication. Especially as there is a significant cleaning fee. I expect and have experienced much cleaner places in Taupo. Who also had nicer towels and sheets. There wasn’t even a flannel supplied. Pillows didn’t have protectors on them. I think the per night rate was fair if there wasn’t these problems. John

The exhaust fan in one of the bathroom was very noisy and you can not turn it off because its connected with the light switch. Do not turned off even after you turn off the bathroom lights and going for another half an hour.Emailed to property manager but no reply. Another toilet bathroom fan was not working at all. Very annoying.

Spacious apartment that suited family needs.

Lounge area only just adequate for 3 people to relax. Lack of ammenities regarding hygiene. Disappointing and frustrating to either not have any or run out of hand soap and toilet paper on the first day. Fridge makes loud noises for the person sleeping upstairs. The bathroom fans are very noisy and remain on for a long time disturbing sleep. We were unable to get underfloor heating working and no instructions. Great situation, close to town.

A great apartment to relax in. Outdoor area with fire was a bonus. Would stay here again!

Great communication with the property manager through out the process. Would definitely stay here again. Beers in the refrigerator was a nice touch.

Loved the location of this property and the view is awesome. Do not recommend for those where stairs are an issue. Bedrooms located over 3 levels which gives everyone space however the bottom bedroom is quite a workout 😁.

Great location and easy access to town centre and local activities. Good value for money. Clean and tidy. Comfortable beds. Second time here and will return.

Such a beautiful place over looking the river. Very spacious, modern and was great having our own bathrooms on each level. The owners even left a note saying we could help ourselves to food on one of their shelves. Perfect location and would highly recommend to others!
