everything was great

The room was very spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. We will certainly look to book here again the next time we are in Marseilles. My 2 daughters said it was the most comfortable bed they had slept in during our 3 week tour of the south of France

A lift would have been great as my suitcase was very heavy but this did not detract from the experience

The room was suppose to be a sea view. Our view was the train station. The stairs were so narrow my husband could not climb them. We had to spend one night there because our train git in a 1am and we were too tired to do anything else. We moved to a new hotel the next day

excellent location close to city centre(15 min walk to the port), car parking in front of the hotel, friendly staff, spacious, good price, very clean

feel a bit unsafe in the late nights as some homeless guy near the door, no lift and have to carry your own luggage ( very inconvenient especially for senior citizens if you have heavy bags or couple with young kids+baggage etc

The location is great and near many methods of public transportation, shops and restaurants. The breakfast was a great paid addition to the stay. The apartment is right next to the hotel that manages it and it is super convenient to use the amenities of the hotel next door. The room was really clean and comfortable. It was very comparable to the photos on booking.com.

The stairs, the stairs were high and steep to reach the apartment which made leaving the apartment difficult.

The room itself was clean & it looked renovated.

We found the surrounding of the building rough & unsafe for me & my daughter. Despite having paid it in full, we decided not to stay. We left as soon as we arrived & moved to a 5star hotel located close to the sea. It also had 3 flights of very steep stairs with steps that were very short in depth. No lifts. So I wouldn't recommend to those with heavy & big suitcases and knee/hip/back issues.

Next door to St Charles Station and TGV trains, the Urban Loft was large and airy with lots of room to cook, eat, sleep and hang out. Amazing breakfasts in the hotel next door which has a spa, bar and guest lounge, plus very helpful staff. Within walking distance of everything.

This is an old building with no elevator, some guests may find carrying their luggage up the steep and winding staircase a struggle.

Well priced and spacious.

Location felt a bit unsafe, but that’s not the apartment’s fault! There is no lift but lots of narrow stairs to get to the apartments, so be careful if you have lots of luggage!

An excellent welcome from very helpful reception folk who assisted us with our heavy bags up the flight of winding stairs. The apartment (1 double bedroom , separate toilet and bathroom plus large lounge diner. It is basic inside but with everything we needed. Good wifi. The Apex Hotel next door serves as reception and you can use the hotel's facilities. It is situated approx 100 metres from St Charles Bus and Train station. An easy walk down to the Old Port to wander around. We were able to leave our luggage at reception before and after checking in/out.

Be aware there is no lift however you will be offered help. There was a TV but it wasn't clear how to use it. None of the channels seemed to offer anything live. We did find Mr Bean though!!

All lofts are different. And unfortunately the one presented most on website is being renovated. Also them loft does not have a terrace . Some furniture was also not clean (table) / broken (lamps)

The steep stairs! Not sure if they were not mentioned, or if i overlooked the mention. But the staff kindly helped me with my bag.

Located at 2 mins walking from the central station, the rooms are large spacious and very well furnished. The kitchen facility is excellent with all toiletries and and consumables available

Rather difficult to navigate the stairs - very narrow and winding, and the light bulb was not working on one floor. It was very difficult to haul my suitcase up for three floors

No elevator . stairs are too long to carry your luggages and you need a lot of energy… don’t forget your RED BULL …

Nice place near the train station. No safety issues, could walk everywhere, subway is across the street. internet was good.
