Great ski condo for large family! Roomy couch sectional, equipped kitchen & super shuffle board. Ten minute walk to gondola -Day Lockers availble at Gondola for snow boots for $15-$25/day. (Ask nice and Marriott ski concierge will store your skis and snow board overnight!) Awesome eateries(Driftwood Cafe!) shopping galore! First time at Heavenly was awesome!

We arrived and happily surprised how well stocked and clean the condo was to host our family for Thanksgiving. Soon after arrival our large grocery order was dropped off at our doorstep. The condo was spacious and everyone was comfortable to enjoy family meals together. We would certainly return!

Great property - plenty of room for 8 adults to sleep, eat, play games, etc. Patio/balcony was the only disappointment (barely room for 4). Brought cornhole game which encouraged other tenants to interact (so fun!!). Would prefer earlier check in (4 is way too late) and later check out (10 is way too early), and quiet hours for a destination venue should be 11pm to 7am (just fits more of why you’re in Tahoe). Gated area - well the gate was open most of the time, even at night; didn’t like the lack of security. RnR property managers were great to work with. Great visit!

The Lime scooters next to the property made the short four blocks to Heavenly Village and the Casinos even shorter. Note their are three flights of stairs to the entrance but we all are in good shape and didn't mind a bit. The fourth bedroom is tiny and a bunk bed set up, however we did not mind. Great Livingroom common area. Gated small neighborhood, all felt safe. Very quite too. We all would gladly stay again.

We had an amazing stay here! The home was clean, spacious, and well stocked! The 2 master rooms were HUGE! We all had our own space which made it great as we are 2 families. I highly recommend this home. Walk to town. Great location!

The house was as advertised - well maintained and spacious enough to easily accommodate our nine family members. Even with all the snow (51 inches in 2 days), the streets in the community were constantly maintained. We loved that the property was close to the center as we were able to walk and enjoy all the New Year activities. The shuffleboard provided many hours of fun. Highly recommend.

This was perfect for our group. Had some young 20's kids that enjoyed sitting around table and playing games. Just a real great place that felt like home. Only a 5 min walk to gondola and skiing.

We stay in Tahoe at least 2 times a year and this is one of my favorite properties. Being walking distance from the village made the trip infinitely better and so fun! And the condo was pristine! It was perfect size for our group, so clean, and was very well stocked, and the garage to store our gear was really nice! The condos around us were booked with groups as well but we could not hear them at all from inside, but we also made some friends when were outside so that made it more fun. Thanks for having us, we would love to rent from you again!

Nice place, great location. Ceiling fans need to be cleaned lots of dust on them so when you turn on fans dust falls. Picture in listing had balcony with a nice lounge patio seats but our place did not have that had a table with four chairs. Downstairs bedroom had a horrible smell like pee, not sure what happened but we had to Lysol area and use air fan for a couple of days until the smell left A couple of house issues that we had to contact management to let them know they were not our fault

The home was just as advertised - the kitchen was well stocked for all of our cooking needs, though we had an issue with the outdoor grill - but it wasn't a big problem. The location was great - an easy walk to Lakeside Beach, the Heavenly Gondola and shops, the casinos and other area attractions. The home was clean and the space worked out perfectly for our family. The property manager was responsive when we needed some extra items for our youngest grandson. We knew about the 3rd floor entry - so we were ready for it and it added to our "workout" each day. If we travel back to Lake Tahoe in the future, we would check to see if this place is available.

The condo was beautiful and walking distance to everything!! Kitchen was not really as well stocked as the description but we made it work. The three flights of stairs to get into the condo were an issue. I know that another condo on the same property said explicitly that it was a full three flights of stairs to the entry for the condo. We purposely did not book that one. Or so we thought. Sure enough there are three flights of stairs to haul all the suitcases for 8 individuals. Kind of a big deal for some, so beware.

The place is honestly massive and I could vision at least 8-10 people staying here comfortably. The kitchen is insane, so big with all luxurious amenities. The bedrooms were HUGE and we all had our own bathroom. It exceeded our expectations, honestly. We were so comfortable and loved coming back to this place after a day of skiing. We loved that we could walk to the gondola and also bars and restaurants. This was super important for us. Check in was so easy. The covered parking was wonderful and the garage was a plus to put our skis and snowboards in. I know lots of people complained about this being on the third floor and I could see where it would be taxing for older folks/people with mobility issues but we had no problem with this at all. This condo is by far the nicest place we've ever stayed, immaculately clean which is important to us. We even got to see a bear almost every night! The only thing that would make this property better is a hot tub, I think it would be the perfect addition to this complex! We loved Tahoe and honestly cannot wait to come back! Would ABSOLUTELY stay here again!

I've rented through other companies in Tahoe but RNR vacation rentals has been our best experience. They are so responsive and I can't rave enough about this rental. As long as you are comfortable going up two flights of stairs, you can't beat the location and the house is just so nice and updated. Highly recommend.

Overall, I can't complain about anything. Had a minor issue checking in, but there was help right away and we loved our trip. Wouldn't hesitate to book again.
