The property was lovely and the team who manage it was helpful and very friendly. we would definitely recommend hiring a car because of the properties location. It was remote enough, quiet, peaceful and the views breath taking. It had everything that you could need to make your stay comfortable. We would 100% recommend it.

Stayed at Sunset Villa for a week with my family of 6 adults and 3 grandchildren. We all had such a lovely time at the villa and didn't want to leave. The location was quiet with wonderful views of the sea and a great swimming pool. We were close to many beaches and supermarket and shops were just a short drive away. Communication with the owner was easy and he was always very helpful. Would definitely recommend a stay for an unforgettable holiday.

everything was perfect and smooth. The handover for the property was fast and the host went above and beyond with accommodating us. The pictures don’t do the villa justice. It’s up on a hill with lots of privacy and beautiful views. The only thing is it’s not close to Athens and if you do not rent a car it is a little impossible to find your way around.

The location and surroundings of this property were perfect for us, a family of 8 aging 17 to 76. The garden, pool, patios and BBQ perfect for enjoying the nice Greek climate. The hous is big and comfortable as well.

My family are just back from a wonderful week at this villa approx 45 minutes south of Athens in Thymari. After many years' of villa holidays, we all agreed this is the nicest villa we have ever stayed in. Everything about it was perfect. Communication with Vas prior to arrival was perfect and Vas dealt patiently with all our pre visit concerns. On arrival we were welcomed by Mrs Eva with the warmest hospitality and a fridge brimming with food. Thank you. The villa itself felt less like a holiday villa and more like a wonderful private home which we were allowed to use. The owners seemed to have spared nothing in creating a lovely environment. The villa is spacious and being high up not only has wonderful views but a lovely breeze in the morning. Beaches and rocky coves are accessible by foot or less than 5 minutes drive for swimming in the clear sea waters and local restaurants are available everywhere. We felt very rested and welcome and hope to visit your lovely villa again. Thank you Vas and Mrs Eva. Very best wishes Philip

We had a wonderful time! The hospitality was great! The house is beautiful and everything you need is there even a welcome food package which was very much appreciated with 3 little children. We had a splendid time which was much needed during this very difficult period (due to Covid-19). Feeling relaxed again. Thank you Vas!

Great experience

The house and the pool area are really good. There is a magnificent view to the sea. The kitchen was well stocked. There is a lovely restaurant/taverna with great food close to the villa. Because there were so much mosquitos it should have been nice if the host had informed us that we need to buy the mosquito repellents put put to the socket. An other surprise was that it was impossible to get a taxi.

Everything from start to end was so far beyond our expectations, it is hard to put into words. The location is truly a miracle of nature with a view that shows the islands of Hydra to Aegena with Athens and the Peloponese in the far distance. Very very private, wonderful grounds great for kids or "romantika". A walk to the seaside cove of my dreams for swimming everyday. Now close your eyes and image the most stunning sunset, the colors, the vista, and that's what you'll get everyday. Enjoy it from the veranda, the balcony, the cafe table. This house has so many little spots to sit and enjoy. On our stay, we had a larger group and also hosted some local family and friends. The layout of kitchens and the outdoor areas (including the massive charcoal grilling area) is brilliant—hosting and clean up were so easy. The combined spaces are comfortable for 15 people while also being affordable enough to be within reach for a smaller family. As you my be able to tell, we truly can't recommend this rental enough. One more thing, Vas and Sophia took such good care of us, you will feel welcomed like a member of the family. AND the fridge was stocked upon arrival with yummy and practical food and bevies. Dear Vas, thank you so much for the wonderful stay in your house. We have been welcomed very cordially, although we only arrived after midnight. The house is beautifully located – especially the sea view is gorgeous. The house offers a lot of space – the pool is great as well. Everything was very clean and well-kept. We enjoyed our stay a lot. We were a group of 6 friends – we all always said this was the best pool and the best sea view we ever had. The garden is great as well. Around the pool there is a pavement now – other than the picture shows. Whoever goes there next – we are sure you’ll enjoy it as much as we did.

Beautiful Villa and the pool is huge. Hosts on hand if you need help or advice at any time and the fridge was stocked with plenty of food. The view from the verandah was stunning, especially in the evening watching the sunset. Car definitely recommended. We had a lovely holiday and wish to thank Vas and Mrs Eva for renting us their beautiful Villa.

The car is necessary because of the shops, restaurants and beaches are not within walking distance. Not far away from Airport. Also the day trip to Athens by car or on the Metro from Elliniko will be successful. I highly recommend.

A perfect stay with a very nice reception at a Sunday that included a stuffed fridge for the first days. The villa has everything that you need for a good stay at the coast of Greece. A car is needed to get around. The location of the villa is well placed in a calm area with few other surrounding houses and with little to none traffic. The three stories of the villa makes it perfect for families together on holiday to share the villa. We strongly recommend others to rent the villa. Regards, The Norwegians.
