It was a beautiful property and was extremely clean and well kept.

The quiet location, everything you need is in the apartment which is great & so helpful. Only a 10/15 minute walk & you are in the centre of Lincoln

Secure parking, well presented, great amenities, clean.
Thin walls meant our downstairs bedroom sounded like it was next to the adjourning apartments kitchen, noisy last thing and first thing during day. We could hear everything said.

Good quiet location. Private free parking.
Furnishings and beds weren’t that comfortable compared to other stays we had on our 10 day trip around the UK. Parking entrance was very tight for the size of car we had.

Very easy check in and excellent directions. The host let us leave the bags in the apartment until 1pm.
The shower in the 3 bed apparent ran freezing or hot.

Perfect location for exploring Lincoln within in easy walking distance to town... ..excellent value for money...very comfortable clean & spacious...delighted to have free onsite secure parking....would definitely stay there again

The apartment is in former stables near the West Common. Conversion sympathetic to the building, very ‘Lincoln’. Beautiful cobbled courtyard. Quiet pretty location. The budget option was cosy, well designed and we felt welcome with generous tea/coffee/sundries provision. Very clean. Easy access and departure.
Some updating would be the icing on the cake, but I have no quibbles considering the excellent value

Could not be faulted. Everything was exceptionally clean. Lovely linen and towels. Well equipped kitchen.Very comfortable bed.
Within easy walking distance of the vibrant river area or Historic Lincoln.
Off-road parking and an EV charge point is available.
Will definitely try to book here again when we next return to Lincoln.

it was a great location with charming atmosphere.
I don’t know if there was an owl in the attic or if it was birds on a tin roof, but I just heard a bird rustling and cooing all night.

Small apartment, well equiped and ideal for a weekend break in the town centre. Ideal to have inclusive off street parking too!
Not much storage for clothes. Wardrobe hanging space was reduced by a having a cupboard and safe inside. Tiny drawers in bedside table.
