The location was great. Close to restaurant stores and places of internet The view was great. We enjoyed having breakfast or just relaxing on the terrace with a view of the caldera The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety to choose from even though it wasn't buffet style The staff/host. George and his team were great, knowledgeable and helpful in transfers and planning activities.

The wifi was the only sore point for us. We could not get connectivity in our rooms bedroom/bathroom area.

Stunning views from the room balconies, the room and the bed. Everything in walking distance. The property manager George and his staff went above and beyond.

The staff attention was top notch. Our flight was delayed and got to the hotel at 1:00am instead of 5:00pm. George was exceptional. He waited for us at the meeting up at 1:00am to help us with our luggage and to check us in. The location and view of the hotel was perfect!

There is so much to say! Excellent service, the sunset view is amazing, transport easily arranged to/from airport and buggy/ATV rental. The breakfast was scheduled to your liking and presented outdoors, with delicious Greek foods.

We booked the beginning of our honeymoon here several months prior. They reached out to us 9 DAYS before our honeymoon saying they could no longer accommodate us. They offered a comparable hotel in Oia (4 miles from Fira where we had planned all of our restaurants and excursions from) and a hotel in Fira that looked like a homeless shelter. They clearly either double booked due to disorganized incompetent staff, or are immoral canceling on us to try and get a higher price for our room. Stay instead at Porto Fira Suites. The ownership and staff are absolutely LOVELY. It is central to everything in Fira. Breathtaking views. Unlike Daydream Luxury Suites they will do anything to accommodate you and offer exemplary customer service. BEWARE if you book with Daydream Luxury Suites they may cancel on you last minute leaving you no other option. With 9 days before our honeymoon we were left with only 4 hotels in ALL of Santorini that met our criteria and ended up having to spend 35% more. Did they care? I think you know the answer.

This suite was just beautiful. Clean, comfortable rooms with plenty of space, and a jacuzzi on the balcony with breathtaking views. The host George went above and beyond throughout my stay and helped me with various things. The location is also excellent, right in the heart of restaurants and shops

We stayed in Daydream and booked the Elegant Suite with Sea View for 2 nites n 3 days and it was the best stay ever with a million dollar view!!! We had a shared pool and jacuzzi but since there was no guest at the other room, it was like our own private one. George the manager was the most nicest and helpful ever. I would definitely recommend this place and I would certainly stay here again. btw love Santorini!!!

Best location to stay on the cliff. The manager at daydream is very friendly and helpful. The view from our room was beautiful. The room was nice and clean.

The breakfast was served on a tray outside your room which has limited variety. No egg or croissant was served. Overall I’m satisfied with the location and I will recommend to others.

Breathtaking views, luxury amenities, loved the en-suite hot tub. Excellent host. He surprised us with a cake on my wife's birthday. Will surely return here when we visit Santorini in the future.
