Party of 8 and we slept very comfortably. The hot water didn’t work for the first 24 hrs and we didn’t have enough towels and washcloths to accommodate our party. Once I spoke with the hosts, they were provided. The only complaint I have is the low amount of lighting. There’s mostly just natural light to work with. Overall our stay was great and the place was very comfortable. I’d definitely stay again!

The check in process was a terrible experience for my guest. The front desk employees were very rude and did not communicate with them well. We understand it was a 3rd party rental but the front desk did not want to communicate or explain anything to my guest checking in. They gave attitude and refused to help them. When they finally got to the room they took a look around and the bathroom had mold in around the showers. There was hair and dust in the the bathroom floors and sink. They took it upon themselves to clean it up themselves because after a 12 hour flight all the wanted was a shower and to relax. The bedroom floors were not swept correctly and there was hairs around the floor and on the bed sheets. We dusted the sheets off and went to bed but by the 2nd night we noticed we started having bites on our legs, neck and chest, we are very sure it was bed bugs. Everyone that was staying with us had them on there bodies. I’m usually not one to complain but I have stayed at 3rd party rentals before and hotels and one thing forsure is that communication, cleanliness and also host is a big deal for example no one ever came by to take our trash so we had our trash cans and kitchen full of trash bags, boxes and recyclables. Our bathrooms ran out of toilet paper and trashes were full. this one has been by far the poorest on cleanliness. So my rating is 1 star. I would like to speak to someone about it
