Ver comfortable place, with plenty of space and basics included. Will definitely book again. Great view.

From the time I booked this property, Tim and Megan were amazing. This penthouse is OFFICIAL!! Plenty of modern space for lounging and relaxing, breathtaking views and the location is convenient enough for walking to get essentials and far enough from the busyness of downtown. Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay and one of the best services was the private dinner that was prepared for us. We will definitely be back!!!

I never stayed in a room in Cancun where you could hear the ocean WITH THE DOOR CLOSED. Amazing experience. Abdiel was excellent with all his help including our trip to Xcaret, home cooked dinner and trip downtown for passport photo. Highly recommend the home dinner because it was 1) delicious, 2) less money than eating out and 3) Leftovers!!!

Everything was great. I highly recommend staying at this property. I will definitely return.

One thing I wish you could do is pay per drink at the Hotel/Building or else they make you pay all inclusive $90 a day per person!! Cheaper to go in front of the hotel to get food at restaurants and beer at OXXO

We found everything even better than how Tim had described it. The view is just simply spectacular and enhanced by the fact that it's a corner unit, which provides unobstructed full view of both the sunrise over the ocean and sunset over the lagoon. Kid-friendly too. From the living room and the patio, you can actually watch the kids playing down below in the pool and in the ocean too! The rooms are all huge and offer full privacy. Super comfortable for 8 adults and 4 kids, if the kids don't mind sleeping on an air mattress. The in-house cook service was delicious and perfect for us, because we always had plenty of left-overs for lunch the following day. The daily-all-inclusive option was also fun and when we go back, we'll surely use that option at least 2 of the 7 days we were there (specially for the kids, who loved it). I recommend you carefully read all the info Tim will provide you, including in the Welcome package, before you arrive, because Tim put a ton of gems in there that made our stay even more enjoyable. A little high on price but big enough to accommodate our group of people. Over all was nice, kinda off the beating path. I would most definitely come back one day. Was my first time here so I would of liked to have been closer to everything.

I booked one of Tim's penthouses (#2701) for my birthday and nothing less than amazing could describe my experience!! The penthouse was clean, beautiful and the staff is so friendly and helpful. Abdiel is the property manager and truly a gem! He was so nice, helpful and available to answer any of our questions. Tim made the booking process easy and always responded to any questions within a timely manner. Tim gave us information and suggestions in reference to excursions, restaurants, airport transfers and even money conversion. I just can't say enough about my experience. I wouldn't think of ever staying anywhere else when in Cancun. I am in the process of booking my next Cancun vacation with Tim. Thanks again Tim and Abdiel! We will see you soon!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The accommodations are excellent. The wall-to-wall / floor to ceiling windows provide a stunning view. I stayed in to read one morning and, sitting by the windows, felt like I was on the beach. The windows even open to enhance the effect. The large terrace/patio was great for morning coffee as well as evening meals. We prepared dinner in the well-appointed kitchen a few evenings, and even entertained guests. We stayed at Hotetur Beach Paradise five years ago, before Hurricane Wilma, and I must say the beach now is equivalent to what is was then. The quality of the beach varies from hotel to hotel, and I feel this stretch of beach is world-class –wide, level and with powdery sand. This resort is a bit of a distance from the popular activities in the area but the local buses compensate for that. For less than a dollar, a fifteen minute ride gets you to the most popular areas. The local manager of the property was friendly, attentive and well-informed. He answered all of our questions and advised us on local activities. I would heartily recommend this Penthouse. It is certainly everything advertised and a wonderful experience.

We stayed at this penthouse from 8/ 16 to 8/ 21. The views are beautiful and the infrastructure (marble everywhere and beautiful kitchen and jacuzzi tubs) is beautiful, but it was a very, very frustrating experience there. The washer/dryer is broken, there were no soap and very few towels throughout the place and the a/c is marginal in parts of the condo. The master br is great, but the 4th br is very hot. The stove takes forever to heat up- seriously, forever. You can not get towels for the beach unless you take the all-incl option. The space is great however, very large. I would recommend it for large groups of people that are on a budget and don't expect much.

This condo is very nice. I would say it would sleep 7-8 comfortably. I would not say the resort is premium, however. It is a small resort that is nice to spend the day lounging around the pool or on the beach and then go into town in the evening. We originally were supposed to stay Saturday thru Saturday, but had to switch to a Sunday to Sunday stay. Therefore, I just booked a night at the resort itself. These rooms are awful. So, if you stay at this condo, you need to consider the all-inclusive option at the resort carefully. The food and drinks are average, but if you're going to be around the pool or on the beach drinking all day, it's probably worth it just for the cost of drinks.
