Every year for the past 28 years, we have gathered with our friends for a weekend at the Jersey Shore. Last year, we no longer had our beach house and we were not able to get together. This year - we decided to rent a place in the Poconos to start a new tradition. This house was perfect!

We had a wonderful stay at the Gallagher Chateau! We were a family of 9, including a 12, 6 and 3 year. The house had more than enough space to accomodate our group and the amenities were perfect. The house is very clear and the location is perfect to Camelback or any of the other Poconos resorts. Brian and Michele helped us with some specific accomodations before our stay even started and then checked in with us throughout our stay.

The house was perfect for our family of 7. Though we only stayed 3 nights it felt like a home rather than a rental. It is furnished with good quality and tasteful furniture, a well-supplied kitchen and super comfortable beds. The large deck provided extra space for relaxing and dining surrounded by greenery. The owners were very responsive and concerned about our wellbeing. It was a pleasure communicating with them.

Our stay was fabulous. The house was super clean and had everything we needed. It was easy for my 88yo mother-in-law to get around on the first floor. It truly felt like a home away from home. The comments in the guest book were all positive - for a reason...everything was perfect. The hosts were lovely and via phone, helped us get in (because we didn't read the lock directions carefully) and provided a brief overview of how to work the AC, hot tub, etc. The views were awesome and the stars at night spectacular. We look forward another stay.

Our stay at Brian and Michele's amazing home was nothing short of a dream! The house itself was well stocked, clean, and large enough for 10 of us to sleep, hang out, and relax comfortably. The gas grill, the beautiful deck, and the hot tub were a great touch and were perfect for the great weather we had during our stay. Brian and Michele were so friendly and kind and made sure we had all the information we needed about the property to have a great stay. Thank you for having us! We can't wait to come back and stay again!

We booked tuis for a family and friends trip. We loved the property and enjoyed all the accommodations. Property manager was very kind and answered all our questions and requests quickly. Will book again when we go back.

This house had everything we needed for a long weekend with the family. We were 5 minutes away from Camelback where we went snowtubing as a family and to Aquatopia indoor water park the next day. It couldn't be any more convenient. We used the fireplace at night, the jacuzzi after snow tubing and the basement filled with games and toys for the grandkids to entertain themselves . The kitchen is fully stocked and the bedrooms are very comfortable. Michele and Brian were very gracious hosts and very responsive to our questions.
We also enjoyed the Barley Creek Brewery and Distillery which you pass on the way to the house off of route 80.
We wouldn't hesitate to come back when the grandkids are ready to ski.

Host was exceptional with our needs and enquiries ,so very welcoming and helpful.
Very spacious and clean, our children loved the basement, aladdins cave!!
The hot tub was fabulous after a days skiing.
The kitchen was very well equipped and thank you for our welcome bottle of wine, it was a lovely treat.
The wood stove was enjoyed nightly.

As the sign in the living room says, good vibes only! That, indeed, was the vibe at the Gallaghers’ house. The hosts communicated with us before our stay and during it to make sure we had everything we needed. The space and location were perfect for our multigenerational family. Having a master bedroom on the main floor and no steps was a boon for my parents. The teens enjoyed the hot tub. We enjoyed a very pleasant fall stay for the Thanksgiving holiday. The layout/cozy feeling is even better than the photos. Thank you!

I liked the property but the noise level from the waterparks was distracting. I thought I was renting a house not a condo. Loved the deck outside for reading and use of the community pool. Lots of places to go for restaurants and small businesses for shopping. Casino not far away for a side trip.

The rental worked out really well for our family gathering. We all enjoyed the games in the basement especially the shuffle board table. Lots of fun!
The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses pans etc. No problem cooking and eating at the large table.
We all enjoyed swimming at the beautiful community pool. Such a treat.
One suggestion though: upgrade your pillows. Some of them are getting quite old.
I only gave you 4 stars for the check in process because the lock was not working to get into the house.

The home was beautiful with so many wonderful little touches. The property owner was extremely helpful and reachable if we had any issues or concerns. Overall it was a fabulous place for us to celebrate our bachelorette.

The house was clean and well equipped. The deck is spacious and furnished and that is where we spent a lot of time. The host is very responsive, called us on arrival and provided the detailed description and a walk through.

Property was very clean. The owners were available anytime we needed assistance. Almost every precaution was taken to ensure the house was well stocked and extra supplies were back stocked. I recommend this for any group to stay at this location.

House is very clean and is stocked with towels. The basement is great. Our family enjoyed a lot of time down there. Card table, shuffle board game, arcade game, 2 TVs linked to different apps to watch things, hot tub right outside of sliding doors, a lot of kids toys. Great views of Camelback mountain.
Owners were easy to communicate with and explained everything well.
Short drive to everything we wanted to do. Outlets, tubing, water parks.
Can’t say enough good things. We would go back in a second.

This large home had everyone we needed to be comfortable during our weekend trip to Camelback. It was a super short drive to the slopes and the house was so much fun to hang out at after a day of skiing. You will not be bored with all the fun entertainment within! The owners go above and beyond to make this an amazing rental - the welcome baskets on each bed made us feel well taken care of. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

This property was great. You could view the slopes from the living room, there were lots of toys to keep the children occupied, and the ski slopes were not far away. I would definitely recommend this property to others because it is comfortable and very well maintained. I will return during the summer for vacation.

I can’t recommend this house enough! My friends and I stayed over New Years and had an absolute blast. Our first word walking in was WOW! The views are incredible, the location is so close to restaurants, shopping, and resorts, and the entire home was immaculate. My friend brought Clorox wipes to wipe everything down upon arrival but immediately put them away when she realized how clean everything was. The beds were comfortable, tons of dishes and kitchen gear for cooking, and the hot tub was beyond. There are games to play, shows to watch, and fun to be had. Michele and Brian were super responsive as well. We would definitely book again!

This property was perfect for our family get together of 10. It was very clean and homey and just as advertised. The owner's attention to detail is amazing and they are very communicative. We had ain’t Thanksgiving weekend at this property and could not have been more pleased with the house, the cleanliness, the hosts, and just offerings for guests overall. Age ranges of our guests were from one year to 75 and we were more than thrilled with everything about our visit. We hope to be back again in the future!

A group of my high school friends, myself, our spouses and two young children went to the chateau for a weekend getaway and everything was perfect! Michele and Brian were excellent hosts, super easy to communicate with and the house was immaculate. We spent time hanging out in the basement, hot tub, and enjoying the views from the deck. It was perfect fall weather in the mountains and we were even able to enjoy a local festival. We will definitely be back and are already considering making this an annual trip!

We picked the Poconos to celebrate our 40th anniversary with our extended family and loved the home we stayed at! It was immaculate, well decorated, and provided plentiful space for family to enjoy time together or retreat if needed. The basement had great activities and we enjoyed the hot tub. Michele and Brian were responsive hosts. Location is great with it being a stone's throw away from the Camelbeach Park.
