Food was good, price was affordable, clean room

Spacious room and good service.

Maintenance is very poor. No standby light facility. Bathroom having water logging and even door doesn't have handle outside. Staff is not familiar with alternate route for car because one of the road under maintenance.

I booked it for my driver but I went to see the room and room was smelly, other rooms were same, no food, pathetic hotel

Room size, parking, and location were good.

services which are included during booking such as breakfast, tv , wifi were not available. we have to ask several times to get breakfast, we were late because of that.

No cleaning, staff are not cooperating

Property is near to all the tourist places. Easy to reach from the railway station too. You can just walk to the city palace, Gangotri Ghat.. etc

Property is old. doesn’t exactly look like what’s been shown in the pics. Rooms and balcony are little dirty. Washroom is clean though.

There was a secure parking for our bikes which was one of the most important facilities we were looking for during our trip to Udaipur.

The property is big and has huge potential to dramatically upscale to a luxury hotel.
