I loved the old building and the neighborhood very much. The room was basic with old style furniture but cozy.

Staff weren’t very welcoming or friendly. Except those on the night shift which you don’t really see coz you’re sleeping. Always nagged me about money I should pay since I upgraded my room. I also had to pay 50 LE just to leave my bag when I checked out. There aren’t enough toilet paper in the shared bathrooms.

Das Hotel hat den angenehmen Scharm von verflossener Gloria. Jede Ecke, jeder Winkel atmet Geschichte und die Gedanken schweifen ab in die vergangenen Tage. Es passt einfach zur Stadt. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Uns kam sehr gelegen, dass man für 5EGP pro Teil seine Wäsche waschen konnte. Getrocknet am selben Tag wieder bereit. Parken am besten in den Seitenstraßen beidseitig des Hotels. Dort gibt man 20-30EGP für die Leute, welche die Parkplätze freihalten und es ist sicher. Wir hatten ein Standardzimmer mit Balkon und seitlichem Seeblick. Wer nur das Wesentliche sucht und sich mit einem Gemeinschaftsbad arrangiert, wird hier zufrieden nächtigen. Wer mehr Annehmlichkeiten will, sucht lieber weiter.

Einiges funktionierte nicht, so z.B. die Leselampen am Bett oder der Ventilator. Hier kann man mit ein paar kleinen Investitionen abhelfen.

طاقم الفندق كلهم بلا استثناء طيبين بالتعامل، المكان بيطل ع البحر وقريب من الخدمات والمواصلات، والغرفه مريحه والتهويه فيها ممتازه.

الحمام المشترك يحتاج لإصلاح، المويه باستمرار بتغرق الارض. مستوى النظافه بالغرفه يحتاج زياده لان التراب كان بكل مكان خصوصا الأرضيه.

بصراحة من أول ما وصلت وكان المصعد معطل واضريط لحمل الحقائق والصعود بها للدور الخامس وبعد ذلك فوجئت بالغرفة التي تم حجزها بأنها لا يوجد أي صلة بالصور التي علي الموقع ( الشباك علي المنور ويوجد بها قمامة ) واضريط لتغير الغرفة لغرفة أقل لكي أتم حجزي ولاكن كانت المفاجأة بأن العقار المقابل به إصلاحات ويوجد به عمال الأمر الذي أدى لعدم فتح النافذة وغير ذلك كانت للمياه ضعيفة جدا وعندما أريد أن أستخدم المياه أتصل لكي يتم تشغيل الماتور مما كان يسبب لي إحباط

amazing location, bit random but I love the elevator, nice room (even with balcony).

We didn’t mind at all, but if you want something we’re everything is 100% perfectly clean this place might not be for you. but it was absolutely ok, and for that price you couldn’t complain anyway.

The location is amazing, near the Mediterranean sea, restaurants and the heritage areas, the staff was nice, kind and helpful as much as they can. For sure, next time I'll bring my daughters with me.
