i booked a room based on the picture and they gave me an other room saying that when u book from booking they are not sure of the availability of the rooms, and the room wasn’t clean, the WC were smelly and it was not at all the room we choose

the location is great and the hotel is a beachfront one. the beach was clean and beautiful. we asked for a room downstairs as we have a toddler and a stroller and they agreed on it. we asked for a toddler bed and we got it. every time we asked the restaurant to heat baby food they did it.

i didn’t like the fact that we had to pay for the stay at our arrival while usually in hotels in Morocco or other countries you pay at the end of the stay. Also, while waiting at the reception desk they were other people paying for their stay at the end. the bathroom was awful, the toilet was leaking and the bidet wasn’t glued, it was unstable and leaking. in the beach, the sunshades usually available wasn’t placed.

The hotel setting was great, right on the beach. Very clean. The staff where really pleasant & very helpful

No steps into the pool, made it extremely difficult to get out. I didn't like the cats on the terrace & in the restsurant

I was not informed that there will be no swimming pool. The manager was not taking our complaint seriously. We were very disappointed

a lovely setting right by the beach and a lovely pool. The apartment was basic but really nice. the staff were very hospitable and friendly and couldn’t be more polite. overall, a great place to stay to relax in a great setting. I will be returning soon
