Central location, free breakfast and 2 bottles of water and cleaning everyday.

Unfortunately if you are allergic you will have problems with these rooms. They are quite old and there is mold on the walls (not visible but you can smell it). The rooms are very small, but the bathrooms are okay. Some sheets where broken and towels with holes. Breakfast quite poor but what you pay is enough. Wifi went off here and there and asked the receptionist to reset it several times (waited for a lot and the first night we were without internet). Staff not really friendly. They try to accommodate but seems like they say we will do/fix things but at the end is not true. To conclude, they offered us a taxi to the airport. We asked for a yellow taxi as they are cheaper. The staff agreed it would be yellow. Their friend arrived and the taxi was blue (mid-expensive range), we didn’t say anything because in rush. He set up the meter and when at the airport he switched it off asking for a fixed price + commissions to give to the hotel. Of course we didn’t accept the deal and paid less but it’s a shame that hotels do this trick with tourists.

The best location! Hotel was OK for this price. It was very clean and comfortable.

Shower was broken but not big deal.. breakfast was poor (everyday was same, we did not like salami, we had breakfast outside 4 of 7 days).

Breakfast..you can't even call that breakfast. We stayed only one night. We couldn't wait to get back to airport and have a meal there. Bathroom door only opened half way. Our room had extra bed which took away so much space and was needless.

Location near the most interesting sites

This is the first time I leave this kind of review since I am not demanding, but I had to do so this time. Firstly, I am just surprised by employee's kindness that people are talking about in the reviews because I have barely seen it. My stay in this hotel was nothing but disapointing. Out of three people in the reception, only one of them was able to speak english which is exasperating for communication nor understandable for a hotel. The other person didn't bother to understand neither answear our basics requests. The wifi didn't work in our room (4th floor), the bed sheets haven't been changed, The TV didn't work, there were holes in some towels, the fridge doesn't work and can't even be plugged anywhere. On top of that, and the worst according to my experience in this hotel, the room next to us were very (VERY) noisy at an inappropriate time of the night (past midnight). When I complained at the reception and asked them to do something, the receptionist knocked to my door afterwards only to tell me that people I am complaining about are from the same origin than me and kept asking where I am from with a very disrespectuf way. This is the rudest and no sens thing I have ever been told in my life and the most unprofessional behavior I have encountered. The baseness of his words have no place or relevance in this situation. The basic need for employee in hotels is to have professional maners. I hope the responsible of this hotel takes into account what I have explained above so that other travelers don't encounter the same thing.

Close to all attractions

Poor breakfast not much to choose. Everyday same very monotonous. They gave us the wrong room when we checked in. A tiny room no place to walk. We had to wait 2 days to move into the room I originally booked.

Good thing is the location thats all.

Bad things there are many Pillows with blood .they dont change bed sheet at all unless u tell them! The dont clean the toilet they put only new towels.pillow stinks of cigarette and filthy.rooms super small dont looks like if pictures. Breakfast 1 of the worst 1 in the world .the receptionist the 1 who work at 11pm have no maners never said hi o smile at any 1 always grumpy .dont worth the money

Location is great & also stuff was really amazing. Omar my brother was really helpful.
