The breakfast was well presented and very tasty, could not find fault. Location was very good, easy access to beach and town centre.

Would have liked an extra chair, but not a problem.

The breakfast was excellent. The property was a short walk from the town which was good because it meant that the location was quiet in the evenings. Chris helped us carry our cases and I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Location from the sea front was perfect. Karen and Chris were lovely. The room was very clean and there was a lovely ceiling fan to keep us cool. The breakfasts were delicious, we received exactly what we asked for each morning. The Baytree had lots of information about where to visit and Karen and Chris were very helpful when asking directions and recommending where to go.

excellent service from Chris & Karen. well equipped for covid. breakfast excellent well presented,cooked well & Hot. rooms excellent clean tidy. once parked car didn,t have to use till came home. lovely 10minute walk to front. Will definitely come and stay here again.

Breakfast was excellent. By pre-booking items there was no food wastage and the plate gave the customer's ideal choice. The hosts were friendly, efficient and hospitable. The location suited us fine and the parking was convenient and safe. We found suitable evening eating places within walking distances. We ate at two, but there were many to choose from, eat-in and take-away.

Everything was fine just the way was.

The breakfast was excellent. All quality ingredients cooked to perfection!! It is obvious Karen and Chris work as a team and everything was served at our allotted table with minimum fuss and efficiency. The room and linen (towels etc) were spotless. Very easy walk into town. Comforting to see that Covid-19 rules are still in place. Over all a most pleasant experience.

My husband and I loved everything about this lovely little b&b. Our room was immaculately clean with a lovely big shower and a much welcomed ceiling fan for those hotter nights. Great choices for breakfast, cooked perfectly everytime. Our hosts, Karen and Chris, were very welcoming and knowledgeable of the area and helped us arrange our days out, we will most definitely be back when next in the area.

Breakfast was a delight lots of choice. Very central to all amientys and a lovely walk to the front. Hosts were suberb always happy to help. Lovely touch we came home from a day out and there was a box of chocolates and a card for my husband as it was his birthday.
