Perfect location!

Very easy check-in and a superb location right near the Bania. Thanks to everyone for an excellent stay.

It is virtually impossible to use wi-fi. I have read the hosts' explanation of the poor signal in Kato Paphos, but I think it would be fair to write this openly in the description of the facility.

Large studio with front sea view. Cleaner attended almost daily to see if we needed anything and bed was changed twice during our 12 day stay. Washing machine and tumble dryer allowed us to wash clothes. We were allowed to have a late check out for no extra cost.

Bed is not very comfortable. A mattress topper was provided. Lock on the door was tricky to open.

Can be a little noisy at might as located on main strip. Mattress was poor quality.

the location is excellent convenient for restaurants and shops. a good supermarket a short walk away.

the mattress was extremely hard. having read earlier reviews we asked for and quickly received a mattress pad which helped a little. but it was still very uncomfortable.

Fantastic location-everything as described. The apartment is huge with everything at hand. Supermarket, restaurants and amazing views! We will definitely return-even sorted late checkout without issue. Thank you Paphinia management and staff!

The location and view from balcony was absolutely superb. The apartment was very spacious and had all the facilities you required. Very close to the bars, restaurants, super markets and the bus station for exploring further. You could sit on the balcony for hours watching the world go by. The cleaner was very frequent with bedding and towel changes and emptying bins.

It was very late season we traveled and the sofa had seen better days and wasn't that comfortable although everything else was good and the bed was comfortable.

Best views and location on the sea shore and very clean apartment. Main bus station very near, supermarket 2 minutes walk, easy to find and check in. The kitchen has everything you need. Lovely staff thank you very much Elena for your support. I will stay here again.

Contact before arrival was very good. Beautiful views and great location. Staff dealt very quickly with our requests to replace a faulty lamp and stained bedding, provide a bath mat and bathroom door key. The mattress toppers made the beds comfortable for us. We really appreciated having a late check out.

The design of the bathroom meant it had no accessible ventilation. At the weekend, we twice found a pool of rain water that had blown under the front door. It's a pity that it seems previous guests have not been careful, because there are a number of marks on the walls that need attention. Many floor tiles are damaged. It needs a thorough clean, for example, the oven. We were on holiday and didn't want to report problems that should have been obvious. I have taken photographs to support all our comments.

The only thing we could comment on is possibly more comfortable sofa and armchairs and could do with some cushions. Better mattresses would be good too

Most of the car parking was taken up by the people working in the shops, very limited spaces available for Paphinia apartment guests

Superbly located wonderful views.Staff were great and allowed us both early and late check in/out. Maria the cleaner was very good.

Only downside is that we had to climb into the bath tub to access the shower.
