Great view, scenery is stunning. Imagine in peak season, it's a vibrant hotel to stay at.

The weather, but it was middle of May and can't be helped!

Off the American tourist path for sure. Very little English spoken by staff. However Well situated on the ocean with multilevel terrazza. One of a kind hotel. Small but interesting beach on the property. Located next to Tiberius’ Roman Villa and Grotta and museum which is worth an interesting visit. Parco Regionale Urbano and Monte Orlando is nearby and is a fun hike. Visit the Santuario della Santissima Trinità. Restaurant is pretty good if you don’t want to go into town. Walk the streets of Sperlonga nearby. More beautiful and interesting than Gaeta and has several nice restaurants.

The location was amazing, having a hotel built into the side of the cliffs was pretty awesome. The private beach was very small, but the water was incredible. Having a terrace with beach chairs and umbrellas made a big difference. This way you do not have to be all crowded on the tiny private beach. Again the water was spectacular and you could walk out 50 feet and still be only way steep, and the water was so clear you can see all the way through it. The hotel has no elevators which I thought was really nice, but you must be physically able to do all the stairs.

I thought there was nothing special about the pool, and it would’ve been nice if the food at the restaurants was better. When you go to a hotel like this you expect a restaurant to have above average food. The atmosphere in the nice restaurant was very sedate, and the food was very average for an upscale restaurant. The food at the pool bar was average. We had really wonderful salads at the Beach Terrace restaurant for lunch.

Very beautifully situated, by a small bay. You could swim or walk to the next bay. We have a large room with great view o the sea. if you do not like to go downstairs to the sea you could use the pool which was on the top of the hotel.

Due to the complicated location, better room markings could be usefull. No elevator - not for people with mobility problem.

This hotel and its grounds are stunning! We only needed a night here whilst we were touring Italy but we went to go back for a relaxing week away! It feels like a mini paradise with a large swimming pool and private beach. The restaurant serves fantastic food and the setting was idyllic. Breakfast was served on a terrace overlooking the ocean and had a good selection. The maitre’d of the restaurant was superb and very accommodating with our small child. Plenty of room in the private car park out front. We will definitely be returning!

The room could have been bigger but we booked on the day whilst travelling so maybe next time we will book further in advance to get a bigger room.

The view is incredible. Very clean and well cared for hotel with nice and kind staff. Beautiful pool. Spacious room with great ocean views. Best beach and great water. Clean clear water. Restaurant was great for dinner. Felt like authentic dishes and fresh ingredients. Landscaping was incredible. Good design.

Parking lot could use some sun shades or trees. And FYI to people with impaired mobility. There are a lot of stairs to access beach.

The checkout process took way too long. Even check-in took a long time even though we completed it online in advance!

We missed better choise for lunch because we do not like eat in the evening.They have just few sandwiches in the beach bar...other restaurants were closed

The location, the exceptional view, the world class service and sweetness of the personnel, the gardens, the direct access to the private beach, the ease for parking, the quietness

Noise insulation inside the rooms is unsufficent. A lot of stairs and no possible alternative (part of the charm but 135 steps from the sea to the room....) the food in the restaurant in the evening was below Italian standards, you need a car or a taxi to go in town or shopping.

Great and helpful staff, wonderful beach and beautiful view from rooms. The food was good. Also really enjoyed the gym and pool area on the upper areas of the hotel. Great stay.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at the hotel. We love the location near to Terracina, Gaeta and Sperlonga. We love the little beach and the pool. The views are great and the food is also lovely. Finally the staff are very caring and attentive.

It would be good to have more pillows
