Location is great. You can just walk to any main attractions. Parking is ample but don't forget to display the parking coupon. Room is comfortable and nicely decorated, and the jacuzzi is a nice feature that you can't find even in more expensive hotels nearby. We will come again but some issues need major improvement.

It has potential but there are several issues with the maintenance of the hotel. We had to change room due to air-conditioning issue. And we were relocated to another floor that apparently still undergoing renovation, where the hallway was a bit dark and very dusty. We also had issue with clogged bathroom drain. Had to be careful while taking shower so we dont flood the bathroom. Breakfast was also not up to expectations. Good local food but need more variety (we could not find any coffee or tea, settled with just drinking water). For a hotel in great location and nice amenities, we hope that in the near future these can all be finally solved. We still recommended the hotel to our friends but we hope there will be serious improvement soon.
