住宿離文化路夜市近，坐計程車車資約120元
停車位過少，8-90個房間，約50個車位左右，明顯不足。

隔音不太好，剛好隔隔壁有家庭入住，小孩聲音在房內也很清楚。

Near night market but abit hard to walk
Too dark and aircon is not cold at all no matter how low we adjust the temperature. We book this hotel twice in a week as we are going to Alishan. The second time we went back, toothbrush and shaver were no longer provided due to government regulations according to the hotel staff.

The room was clean and comfortable, especially the bed was so comfortable. Breakfast more varieties to choose and food was good. Will choose again to stay here when i'm going to Taiwan. Good hotel for recommend to stay

I left my coat at the hotel and they shipped it to the next location and I was very grateful!
The breakfast was okay. Not stellar but there were a variety of options.

New building, quite clean design. New fixtures
Far from the centre. Seemed to be more of a business hotel. Even though building was new and design was modern with top quality fixtures-still found some mildew on the shower head.

The price is ok and it is quite near those famous restaurants and the park.
The air conditioner was out of control. I felt so cold all night and I tried to turn up the temperature, but no matter how high I set, I still felt so cold as if the control panel was just a decoration.

The staff wasn’t good. E.g. Asking counter for body wash and shampoo, they DON’T have any room services, asking me take these things in 1F.(My room is on the eighth floor.)
Second, they marked the bed is ONE FULL BED, but actually, the one full bed they called is combined with two single bed. Moreover, there’s a gap in the middle of bed, feeling utterly uncomfortable.

Hotel service is excellent, hotel room is clean and beds are comfortable. Parking is also convenient. The chef is willing to go extra mile to provide vegan food for customers for breakfast. Exceptional! :)
The swimming pool is too shallow (less than 1.5 meters) to swim.
