The rooms are very sparsely furnished, basically just a bed, no side tables etc

The staff were amazing, very helpful. They made me feel pampered. I arrived very late and they kept the kitchen open, the salad was perfect.

It was easy to find, spacious with plenty of free parking. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. It was a typical ‘conference hotel’ with basic amenities expected for the room rate
For me the bed was very hard and the window curtain did not close properly so light was streaming through one side … I like a completely dark room so this was an issue for me but would not probably bother anyone else

the breakfast wasn’t great - a lack of variety and availability of items.
the location is fine if you have a car, otherwise taxis will be expensive to get around, as most charge double for the call out fair. around €30 euro each time.

They left me towel which i put on the floor for change, but i found same towel puted up.

Location of property was easy to where we needed to be. It is located near the textile area but there are nice restaurants nearby. The owner and staff are very friendly. Basic breakfast

It’s a Ibis style hotel in the textile hart of Montemurlo/Prato. And affordable normal reasonable breakfast and very good shower.
It’s behind a gas station, airco is not perfect and it’s a little bit anonymous.
