The location was close to the bus terminal, also close to a number of restaurants, shops, etc. The main beach was also only a few blocks away, all within a walking distance. Alex was friendly and communicated well regarding the arrival time and the handover of condo keys. Condo itself was spacious, with the appliances one would need for a comfortable stay.

The worst problem was the noise - the windows, although fairly modern, did not stop the noise from the street from penetrating the condo - this went on at all hours of the night, all the way up to 5-6 a.m. I suspect the topmost windows do not close completely, so we had to listen to conversations/yelling of drunk party people all night. Same with the engine noise from cars and motorbikes, honking, etc. Furthermore, it is impossible to block the light from entering through the windows, because the curtains leave a lot of space open. You will NOT get a good night's sleep until the owners fix this 2 issues. A number of power outlets hang from the wall, creating a potential hazard. In general, the condo could use a little more care - painting, adding power outlets, considering the price charged. The sofa should have a leather or leatherette upholstery - something that would have a better smell resistance in such a humid climate.. One word about the kitchen knives - bad. Please, get some decent knives that do not bend so easily : ) Also, a cutting board or two would be nice.

Host was super helpful, and the apartment was comfortable (better than the photos) and super well-located! Really close to walk everywhere in Las Palmas, but also close to major bus stations to get around the rest of the island.

Great apartment, super location, only 5 min walk to beach. Parking in SABA around the corner, expensive though (29 Euros a day) unless you get weekly (10 Euros) or multiple day rate. Airam was a great guy, very responsive.

Could need regular knives, only found steak knives.

The apartament was fully equiped with everything you might need and in a great location. It had two bathrooms which are very useful in an apartment with capacity for 6 people. The location of the apartament was just about 7 minutes walking distance from the wonderfull beach Playa De Las Canteras and in a very lively neibourghhood full of shops bars and supermarkets. At the same time it was also quite during the night. Airam and his brother were very nice and kind people who gave us very good suggestions for places to eat, visit and parking. It was overall a very pleasant stay and we enjoyed everything.

Location is perfect and the flat has really everything you need. Beds are good, shower is hot and has good water pressure, washing machine works well, kitchen is well-equipped, etc. Close to the beach, restaurants, busstation, supermarket, bike-station, etc. Host is very attentive and helpful.

Little downsite for me was that the flat has no terras or balcony, but this you know in advance. Also like others state too, noisy in the street, especially in the weekend. But then again, location is nearby everything and in the centre of everything.
