La ubicación
Con tan buena ubicación no entiendo como no le dan un lavado de cara al mobiliario viejo y estropeado. Por otra parte aunque aparentemente la limpieza parezca correcta, si desvías un poco la vista a otras zonas que están algo más ocultas la limpieza deja mucho que desear y no me refiero a debajo de la cama.

room was dull, and old and noise came from the recption desk one floor below of peolpe shoting in the middle of the night , no concern for the guests i woke twice with the shouting

Perfect location. So close to main arteries(bus stops, shops small cute coffee places ect.) of Las Palmas. Very helpful, professional staff. I felt like home. I would like to recomend Valencia Hotel. Thanks.

The staff were friendly. the location is near the beach and also bus station. Internet connection was really good. Also there is a balcony in the fourth floor with two beds.

The hotel is situated close to the beach which is nice. It’s at the little street at the back of the marketplace which has its advantages and disadvantages.
The room was very small, I think the bathroom was bigger than the room. It was stinking with the cigarettes all the time - specially annoying late in the evening and early in the morning when I was trying to sleep. You can’t close the window because it’s hot and someone from the staff I guess was smoking on the ground level - the window was facing a very small patio (10m2?) so you could hear and smell everything.

Good morning, first of all I would like to say that I Made a mistake in saying Nothing to the receptionist. I left after the first night because I did not sleep at all, not a minute! There was all kind a noises (shoutinng and screaming,banging doors, children craying etc. I was so upset,tired and did not want to see any one from the hotel because (the reception was on floor one and my room on floor three and I was sure that the noise was heard by the night man ( but did nothing). But the MESSAGE for you booking is : HOW ON EARTH CAN A HOTEL CHARGE FOR A FULL SEVEN DAYS WHEN I COULD NOT SLLEEP AT ALL! I DEMAND TO YOU “BOOKING.COM” to make a refund, THANK YOU

The view is good for a spot in the centre of a town.
Cleaning was a bit disorganized, loud, and not every day.
