We loved our stay. A really comfortable room & bed. Staff very friendly and helpful. A great location yet really peaceful. Opposite a lovely park close to the sea and shops.

Limpieza de la habitación: tuvimos que reclamar que la repasaran en 2 ocasiones porque el servicio de limpieza, a parte de hacer las camas, no limpió nada. Además tuvimos que pedir que nos repusieran jabón de ducha y de manos. También la limpieza de las zonas comunes (pasillo de las habitaciones) era mala, con bastante polvo.

That it was 5 minute walk from bus station with frequent bus routes all over the island at a very good cost (compared to England, anyway). 10 minute walk to shopping street with bars/restaurants. Clean, comfortable rooms, helpful reception staff.

Not enough clothes hanging space in wardrobe for two people for 7 days. No menu/sample menu with prices for food available in restaurant.

Struttura ubicata in posizione invidiabile, vicinissima alla zona pedonale per gli acquisti e pochi minuti a piedi dal centro storico. Unica pecca: manca il parcheggio dell'hotel. Il parcheggio a pagamento posto al di sotto del parco di fronte all'albergo è caro. Una convenzione sul prezzo sicuramente aiuterebbe. Ottima la colazione.

The hotel staff is very professional and the location is fantastic.

I do know that there are somes changes in the hotel but they really need to replace the TVs with some connected TVS specially when the TVs are old. No possibility to make coffee/tea in my suite as I do not have a coffee machine or water warmer. This was annoying as i am a coffee person.

The staff were all excellent as always. We got the rooms we requested and were checked in efficiently. We decided to opt for the breakfast offer and were pleased with it. The hotel is very quiet and the rooms overlooking the park have a good view. The location is excellent for our needs.

Nothing we didn't like exactly except that the reception area always has an odd slightly unpleasant smell about it possibly some kind of polish or floor cleaner. If tea or coffee facilities were added to the rooms or even the option to hire a coffee machine and pods it would be a definite 10 on facilities as that was all that was lacking.

Gym

Nothing because we did get a big bed it was Two single beds they put together and it always disconnect so my back started to hurt because u almost felt between the Two beds. The cleaners REFUSED to clean our room so we have been sleeping in a dirty bed for a week

Location was ok for 1 night

Very bad smell from outside coming through the hotel ,, area rough for family , arrived 10.30 restaurant bar closes in summer at 2pm seriously 2pm no food no drinks very poor service

Balcony view of the park, have stayed here before very central location and easy access to the main shopping area. Good breakfast, plenty of options. Very friendly staff and very efficient when booking in. This hotel is located close to the many restaurants and bars Las Palmas offers you, but you have to look along the side streets of the shopping area to find them. Be brave as all waiters speak very good English. so we had no difficulties ordering. Prices are very good and variations of foods is extensive. Recommend you spend some time in Las Palmas when visiting Gran Canaria, don't just visit the sunshine resorts.

Fantastic three star hotel in a great location. Staff were lovely, room was spacious and very comfortable. Great comfy bed with quality linen. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved our stay at this hotel, room was a good size, shower was amazing!!! Bed very comfortable, the only thing we missed was a kettle in the room! Staff were wonderful especially Juan at reception, very helpful and answered any questions we had. Would definitely go back, we had a very enjoyable stay.

No tea/ coffee facilities in room

They gave another guest a key to my room. The computer room was nit ready for use.

Breakfast was served on the upper floor with the view to the ocean. he personnel is veryfriendly - on weekend we (I was travelling for business but with my 11years old daughter) overslept breakfast time and arrived to the restaurant 3-5 minutes before the end of the breakfast when they wanted toclose it. But they allowed us to eat and it's really a favour! Location. The hotel is located just in front of the park crossing ityou arrive to the bus station - no need to take a taxi fom the airport. And just 100 m from the ocean. But to go to the beach you need to take a bus. Anyway, it's quite a good location - you can walk and the restaurant with asian (japaneese)food is just on the ground floor.

The room.was spacious, the bed big and comfy. The location is excellent, very close to bus station and directly at the Triana quarter. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Location close to old city and opposite San Telmo park. Pleasant cafeteria and bar but closes early (2030)

Bland and Characterless. Long waits to check in and check out. Despite being advertised as open in the evenings the restaurant was closed on the evenings I tried to eat there. Poor value for money overall.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and had a boutique feel. There was a laid back although professional atmosphere at reception. All of the staff were pleasant and helpful. It was a stone's throw from the bus station and taxis to the airport take just 15 minutes. Everything is at your finger tips - there is a shopping centre close by and you can walk to Vegueta in 10 minutes (a must!). The hotel overlooks the lovely park, but if you don't want traffic noise to wake you up early morning, don't ask for a room overlooking the park.

The all day cafe did not have a very large variety of items, and very few hot dishes; only cold sandwich options, croissants etc.
