Food was plentiful and tastey

The lounge was crowded, not great value for money

My guests were refused to use due to no reservation. Then you charged full amounts to my debit card, need to immediately release as I have no reason to pay for this.

I didn't like nothing about that place, I will not book it again and I will tell my colleagues, not to either.

False advertising, place was nothing like what you had advertised . I saw the chefs taking frozen stuff out freezer and throwing it on the floor in plastic bags to make it to defrost quicker ,unhygienic Plus very poor selection of beverages and I paid $111 and when I asked for a beer I was refused for one ,so I ended up eating nothing just using the chairs in there, which I could have used in the airport free of charge, and while i was sat there to rest the chef comes with this loud vacuum cleaner to clean under our feet ,coukd have waited till i left the spot ,I fee I was ripped off, I think who ever is in charge needs to rethink as how to run that place ,and tell you the truth I would like my money back because to pay $111 and use a seat for a few hours .

well spaced, clean, privacy, lovely staff.

chairs could be more comfortable, no soy, almond or oat milk, fruit not very nice. No flight updates

Didn’t offer anything additional than what can be found elsewhere, the seating area all around the airport were a lot better. Not really worth the money

Love the buffet and the bed provided.

It's a bit far from Terminal station to the lounge.

in your Confirmation , mentioned there is a single bed, and was very diappointed that there is NO single bed !!! AND I am having a long haul flight of 14 hours ahead!!
