Location was great- near enough seven point but you still get to avoid the crowds. Room was very spacious, clean and comfortable.

No. Sanitizer in the check in & chheck out area and no sanitizer/tissue paper in the room.
Bed sheet/Bed cover was very old and torn.

The location is awesome and so is the staff. They helped us in every possible way.
The hotel needs overall maintainence. Esp the wash rooms .which was the worst part. Else it was a good stay

Housekeeping staff is good but still more training. Food is good. Location is good.
Rooms are not maintained. Bathroom got too many small insects on wall. Drainage of bathroom are dirty. Bathroom sliding door are not having locks. Room window blinds are not working. Room walls are not clean. Restaurant employee who is wearing tie with black pant and shirt is very rude and full of attitude.

Your call centre guys are doing job great but they lack information...from 1 month i was not informed and 3 days they just said suddenly it's not couple friendly..
I booked 1 month back and your staff didn't inform me in the beginning that the hotel is not couple friendly in spite of knowing my fiance will check in with me and your team is telling me 3 days before its not couple friendly.....very disappointing and its not mentioned in the hotel site also its not couple friendly.
