This modern chic unit proved to be our little Sitges paradise. It is located on the boulevard directly next to the Playa de Sant Sebastia (St.Sebastion Beach), just south of Playa Balmins (Balmins Beach) with several beautiful restaurants right next door. It is easy walking distance to Playa Balmins as well as the restaurants and shops of downtown Sitges. Looking forward to returning in the future.

The property was great for our family of 5 (3 teens). It's in a great location, great views of the beach and sea from the balcony but quiet at night. The apartment was clean and well equipped, but we didn't do any cooking as so many great restaurants within walking distance. The air con worked well and beds were comfortable. Beach equipment was also provided.
It's on the top floor so lots of stairs, which wasn't a problem for us.
Sitges is lovely and it's easy to get to Barcelona by train, which we did twice.
We had a great holiday and would recommend.

If you have a chance to book DO SO
We have traveled a lot to see family and rarely have a chance to travel just by ourselves— this was our 3rd trip in 16 years by ourselves.
The pictures are good but the place is better in person.
Bart and Olivia were beyond great and helped in several ways. Douglas the property manager was also wonderful and cares deeply about the property as well.
I am going to ask the guys to post another photo of the promenade below as well as it is much nicer than we had thought it was. Restaurants below were great. Cannot get a better location! Thank you guys❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The location of this property is super! The beach is right out your front door. The clothing optional beach is a short 5 minute walk away. About a dozen great restaurants for breakfast, lunch, dinner or just cocktails are all within walking distance (Amanit was our favorite). The property itself is comfortable. They have foam pillows which always wins bonus points with me. The linen’s could definitely be upgraded, but overall we were comfortable. The main a/c cooled well; we always felt safe and secure; there are blackout shudders to make rooms dark; shower pressure and hot water were great. This place left us wishing we’d chosen to stay longer than we planned. Will be back!

The contemporary designed property has incredible—outside the door proximity to the beach, fine cafes, grocery stores, clothing boutiques, and train transport to Barcelona. You have excellent taxi and car service to all including being only 25 min from the airport. The owner and property manager, quickly return calls, and solve questions/problems in timely fashion.
My wife and I had a fabulous time there.

We will return and hopefully stay in same apartment. We took one star away for the bed/beddding and lack of supplied paper towels/kleenex. Such simple things that cost very few euros to give a guest such a nicer first impression. I have been renting homes/apartments/flats in europe since the 90's and the quality of the bed and sheets and the expectation of having a few necessities has become normal. Peter Paul runs a first class management with top notch cleaning crew!
Sitge is a gem.

One of our favourite spots on sans sebastian and probably our favourite apartment so far, the layout is perfect with 2 luxurious bathrooms one with separate toilet and great facilities with the separate utility room, fully stocked kitchen with everything you could need. Plenty of storage in the bedrooms with lots of hangers (never normally enough) Particularly loved the sliding glass doors that disappear into the wall giving unobstructed views of the Mediterranean. Big thankyou to Bart on accomating a date change due to a change in our plans. And to Peter for checking us in and explaining how things work. Highly recommend a stay in this beautiful apartment.

The apartment is exactly what you would expect from the pictures - perfect for us! The view across the beach is stunning and great place for people watching as the sun comes up or goes down. Highly recommend it to anyone! Thank you!

Bart, we loved Sitges and your apartment was simply perfect, well appointed and very comfortable. We particularly loved siting on the balcony for morning coffee or sipping wine overlooking the Med, prior to going out for dinner. Good location, across the street from the beach, walking distance to many wonderful restaurant choices.
Susana was wonderful, meeting us at the apartment and arriving right on time for our departure. I would recommend this apartment and location to everyone!

One of the most beautiful apartments we have ever stayed at, with modern design rare for Sitges! Perfect location, with panoramic views right on the sea, with gorgeous San Sebastian beach right outside your door. Steps from great restaurants, cafes, bars, shopping, etc. Bart and Olivier are wonderful, friendly hosts. We miss it already, and can't recommend it more highly!

My family and I had a great stay. The Location was perfect and the apartment was beautiful and very clean, I would highly recommend this apartment for people of all ages. The only thing that may be a problem for some are the stairs leading to the apartment, on the 3rd floor with no lift.
