Good location

Bathroom door broken Back door unable to open No shower screen so water went all over the floor Good value but small fixes needed. Also we booked the King Room with Garden View but were put into the one bed apartment Breakfast was adequate but nothing special Didn't sleep well as could hear the tube trains

Very close to the Oval stadium and the local tube station. Clean and comfortable. Directions given were very clear and easy to follow.

Nothing we didn't like. It would have been nice little extra to have tea and coffee in room.

My only bad point would be provision of a mug rather than a tea cup - I like large cups of tea 😉

Location excellent right beside underground Northern Line. Allowed to use kitchen to make tea/ coffee etc as required.

We had 2 adjoining rooms on ground floor but we had to go out to the hall to use bathroom. It appeared when booking that the room had an en-suite. Very inconvenient when having shower or going to bathroom at night as had to put on clothes. Overall, needs a little TLC

The location was excellent. The room was decorated in an original style. The bed was comfy, and the shower was excellent.

The accommodation just wasn't for us. I was staying with my young daughter so getting to a separate house for milk at night felt like a hassle and there were several issues with fixtures and fittings.

Sian is so friendly and helpful. The hotel is located within a minutes walk from the tube station and is so easy to use as a base for getting around London. I will definitely stay here again as the warm welcome and friendliness shown set this hotel apart from others I've stayed in.

Nothing. - unfortunately through no fault of the owner there was a water leak in the bedroom. Contacted easily apologised immediately and the room was refunded that day.

The location was great and not far from the tube station. The accommodation was clean and staff extremely helpful.

As to be expected in London, but the stairs were killer after a day of walking around!

Staff were lovely and great location as bear tube station.

Really noisy as on main road and hard to sleep. The mattress is on a slope so roll in the middle of the bed.

I was greeted at the accommodation as agreed and the host was very helpful and welcoming. My room was clean and warm, with an excellent bed and bedding. I had a spare bed which could have been used by a friend or family member. I had my own bathroom which was clean and had lots of towels and toiletries. I was able to make tea and coffee and there was plenty of food for breakfast. Breakfast was self-serve which suited me as I had an early appointment in London. The accommodation was a 30 second walk from the tube and Kennington is on the Northern line and links well to other lines and central destinations in the city. I was also given a spare key so that I could leave my luggage at the accommodation until late the following day , this was really helpful. I would be happy to stay there again and have already recommended it to my adult children.

The glasses and plates could have been a bit cleaner but it was a minor thing. The tube tunnel passes below the accommodation so its a bit disturbing to begin with but I got used to it. As the saying goes " they go by so often you don't even notice them after a while"

Beautiful property, lovely roomy room with perfect facilities. Very comfy bed and warm. Shower and bathroom excellent and nice little touches of having shampoo and soaps. Great breakfast- very well done as a self serve, lots of choice! Tea ans coffee at any time. Fantastic location, right next to tube station so easy at night. Communication from the host was brilliant. Would definitely stay here again. Such good value for money.

The front door catch is a little tricky at first.

Good communication before our arrival. Room was large with comfy bed. Breakfast lovely with friendly staff. Great location for tube.

Some general maintenance needed, broken light switch, loose plug socket, several spotlights not working and cupboard door not closing.

very comfortable and homely, very well located for easy access into London, literally 1 mins walk from tube station, then 4 stops to Leicester Square, highly recommended

would have been nice to be offered a cooked breakfast but what was provided was still very good and tasty with lovely coffee and fresh bread, cereals, fruit, croissants etc etc so only a minor point
