This was the perfect place for our family beach vacation. We have 6 kids and this house was the perfect size for our family of 8. The house is beautiful and clean! The bay is just steps away and the gorgeous gulf was just across the street. Our AC went out on the second day here and the owner was very responsive and had someone out there within an hour. We would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing time and are so thankful for the chance to stay here! Gwendolyn is so easy to talk to and so sweet. The property is so close to the beach and literally had everything we needed. The area is quiet and more residential making it easy to relax but shops and restaurants are close by. We couldn't have asked for a better experience! We would absolutely stay here again!

Love Pensacola Beach, it never disappoints. This location is perfect if you want to enjoy both the gulf & sound. Communication with the host/owner was wonderful as well.

The condo and location was great. We really enjoyed being so close to the gulf, but we had red flags most of our trip so, having the private beach on the sound was great! The water was great on the sound side, the pier was nice, and I was much more comfortable with my little one playing on the private beach. The only complaint that I have about the condo is the stairs, be prepared to walk up and down A-LOT of stairs. Also, I wish that there were more pictures in the listing of the actual condo. We were hesitant because of the lack of pictures, but we couldn’t beat this condo for the price/location.

Short walk to beach, and out of the heavy traffic areas. Plenty of room in the condo and it was equipped with everything we needed! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back some day!

Nice place to stay. We loved the location. Walk straight out the back to the bay and through the front driveway to the beach. Highly recommend staying here.

Great location where you get the best of both type of beaches. Calm on the bay and waves on the Gulf. The boardwalk was incredible. This condo is the best but don’t take my word for it, rent it and see!!

Condo had everything we needed. Very convenient to go to the private beach or walk across the street to the gulf. We enjoyed it very much and would stay there again.

Great bang for your buck. Pro’s- child gates, proximity to beach + private beach, quiet area, has everything you need for cooking, beach chairs and umbrella Con’s- very very soft master bed, it was decently clean but you could tell it rushed.

Had a couple issues with door but no reason to knock how affordable and gorgeous this condo was for my family. They are still talking about it weeks later. Amazing time, amazing place, amazing host.

The location was perfectly situated between the gulf and the sound. My boys had a great time fishing off the pier as well. It could use some upgrading, but that definitely did not take away from the experience. Plenty of blankets, pillows, and towels. Communicating with the owner was perfect, she was very attentive. Will stay here again!

This was a fantastic condo to stay in! Everything was clean, there was plenty of towels, TP, and trash bags; and the area was very quiet and family-friendly. The best part was it was close to both a Santa Rosa Sound beach area AND directly across the road from a public beach area on the Gulf! The pool was nice and clean, too. Wish there had been some shade at the pool, though. Neither beach areas were crowded, which was great. We found lots of beautiful empty shells and hermit crabs, which the teens and kids enjoyed. (The empty shells came home with us, the hermit crabs stayed at the beach, lol) This area of Pensacola is away from the hustle and bustle, which was great - but it was several minutes away from a Publix and Walmart (which also meant paying a toll every trip). And all of the souvenir shops nearby were crowded and had long lines - and sold very cheap items at not very cheap prices, and they had zero return/exchange policies, which was not cool. All in all, it was nearly perfect and we would DEFINITELY stay here again!! The owner was super friendly and easy to work with. A+++!!

We had a wonderful time. The condo was perfect for what we needed, and the location was amazing. We enjoyed walking to the gulf and coming back to swim and fish in the bay. The host was quick to respond and very kind. We had everything we needed for a perfect beach getaway.

This a great beach house. We selected it due to the fishing pier on property. It’s a super short walk to the beach on the ocean side. The owner was very responsive and the house had great amenities (great towels!). Thanks for sharing your place!

The property is in a beautiful spot. You have the beauty of the gulf and the calmness of the bay. There were some maintenance issues that should have been taken care of before we arrived that we lived with. Don't count on having a toaster. Not the best cleaning between rentals.

The property was very nice and well equipped with what you need. Plenty of room and space for everyone. The pier on the property was always fun as we watched dolphins, sting rays, puffer fish along with beautiful sunrises and sunsets!!!! Would definitely come back and stay again.

The location of the townhome is great. The unit itself had peeling paint around the kitchen patio door, chipped wall in stairwell, cracked wall in one of the bedrooms, the cold water faucet in one of the bedrooms did not work properly and all of the closets had curtains and not doors. Overall the unit is not well maintained.

Location was great the property it self was great. Would have loved to be told their was construction going on. Had big lift parked in condo parking space, nails all in driveway we had to pick up so we wouldn’t get flat tires. Also needs a new cleaning person. Master bed had no sheets and the other bedroom had sheets but was not washed prior to our arrival. Other than that we had a great time.

Our stay was great except for the rainy weather. Easy access to the gulf and bay beaches. Easy access to check in/out and everything we needed was included. We loved the decks! Only a few minutes from the main strip where are the restaurants and action is located. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again.

This place was perfect. Best of both worlds. Sounds side beach steps from your door and gulf side across the street. Owner was excellent with communicating and very easy going. Will definitely be back in the future. Very quiet area and everything you could need is provided.

Flawless. Best of both worlds...calmness of the bay...excitement from the Gulf. Perfect for a family that wants to keep driving to a minimum. Beaches within steps and a trolly to the restaurants steps away as well. Loved it!

The location was excellent. We were close to the softball complex, close to walk to beach and to the bay which too was very nice. The condo was Very roomy and everything we needed was in the condo. We will be back!!

Fantastic location and a cute place. We stayed the entire week for the Blue Angels air show. Will definitely do this annually and we live 30 minutes from Pensacola beach.
