Not only did we love working with them and will continue to use them in the future, they were easy to find, very communicative and super friendly and helpful. Our condo was AWESOME! Gorgeous view of the sound and beach as a few minutes walk away. We love the nearby restuaurants and shopping, but mostly we go for the beach! The rental was well appointed, we cooked a lot, spacious with lots of windows and a smart TV and internet. We would go back in a heartbeat! Love love LOVE!

We definitely will be back ! The only issue we had was the WiFi kept going in and out . Also they decided to do maintenance outside the condos so drilling at 8:00am every morning was upsetting as we were on vacation . I rate this place 100 ! The bay was amazing to watch dolphins come and out .

Three adults and five kids made the most of our stay. The kitchen is very well-stocked for cooking and dining. The patio overlooking the sound was a true treat, and we loved the bay view from not only the patio but the kitchen/living room area. The only things we might suggest are updating to an electronic key situation or coded entry where you don't have to check in/out at the rental office for a physical key & ensuring that bedding is provided for the sofa bed. The icemaker could also use a handyman - it made ice well but the tray fell down each time we opened the freezer door, causing a bit of a challenge in terms of operation. Overall, we loved our stay!

The pool is huge and very well kept. There are free Trolley rides to anywhere you want to go. There is a Trolley stop at the turn into the property which was very nice. Everyone had their own rooms which was nice my husband I had upstairs our son and daughter had the room across from ours upstairs our son and his fiancé had the room downstairs. When a small thing a rose and I called the office they were right on it to take care of things it was amazing everything down too I couldn’t find the broom and the dust pan and a new one showed up at the door within an hour. Oh and adding one more thing... when we were packing up to leave my son grabbed everything on one of the chairs near the couch and on it was the homeowners pillow had a crab on it that crab made it to Alabama before we had to unpack the trailer for something and I realized that my son is taking it and he didn’t know it was an hours I guess I don’t know what happened but I kind of got frantic I called them I let the The Office know what happened and that once I would get home I would send it back. I washed it because I just thought it the right thing to do since it was with our bed pillows that we had brought with us. I shipped it back

Awesome property location, place was clean for most part. Several things not working when arrived and master had post that wasn’t even attached on bed, which could have been easily fixed before we arrived I believe. Icemaker, garbage disposal wasn’t working when we arrived. The screen door was not even attached and when I went to open it it just fell right through and I almost fell right on top of it because it wasn’t attached. Someone did come over and fix the screen door after a day or so but it still doesn’t seem too sturdy. I asked them not to send someone when I wasn’t there and it was just the girls but someone showed up anyway when I went for a walk he was very nice but I asked them specifically not to do that to call ahead. The master bedroom sink took 24 hours to drain after I washed my hands a couple times. It seem to drain after 24 hours 36 or so. They did offer to come back to do the sink in the icemaker but at that point it wasn’t worth Having to schedule some thing when we were only there for five days. But overall the place was very nice but I think I could’ve been a little bit more ready for us. So I would give it a 3 1/2 out of five.

THE VIEW! Pictures did not do it justice. This townhome is directly on the water. Other things we loved were the electric fireplace, the mattress in the master bedroom, covered parking, and the location. (We walked to Peg Leg Pete’s almost every day.) The dishwasher, washer and dryer were all new. Kitchen was extremely well stocked. Stairs have been added to the dock so swimming in the bay in the summer would be awesome. We loved this unit!

Check in was super fast and that was nice.s Property is in a good location and close to a lot of things. It is being updated so there was a construction trailer and supplies right in front of our unit and our unit definitely needs a little TLC. Overall it was nice and met our needs. We were supposed to get a 2nd set of keys and never did and the WiFi code in the room didn’t work - called on first day to get the code and never got a returned call.

They where working on the condo roof from 6:30am till 11:00am every day. Hammering, sawing, singing, Couldnt use the upstairs bathrooms because of the men on the roof looking thru the sky lights. I know it has to be done, but a heads up would have been nice. Have stayed here before, and was fine. Rooms where clean and place has not changed in 6 yrs. Reck room was closed so you could not use any of that. Pool was nice

We were really pleased with our rental, would rent again. It had all the things you would need, just like home. Having the ocean so close by, and the Sound right out our back door was great. We rented in February of 2021, and it happened to be a pretty cold month, but still enjoyed it. Our last 2 weeks it warmed up though. I can't believe how quick the month went by. The Cond was very clean, which I'm pretty particular, so that made me happy. As soon as we got back to our home town in Pa, we got snow, which made me wish I was back in Florida, Lol!

The property was in a great location right by the water. We enjoyed our stay there and even had to extend our stay a extra two days. My only complaint would be the back door does not have a handle so hard to open and close and freezer door getting stuck alot. But other than that we have no complaints..

We have stayed in other condos at Santa Rosa Dunes in the past. We love the pool & this is our favorite condo so far. Very clean & suited our needs perfectly for 7 people. My ONLY criticism--PLEASE replace the washer and dryer. We actually had plan our laundry around when we wouldn't be there because the noise was beyond being able to have conversation. We had to wash beach towels daily & felt the need to apologize to each other when we had to do laundry, that should not happen on vacation. This would've otherwise been a 5 star experience. I can honestly say we would love to rent this unit again, but would not if the washer and dryer remained.

Property was perfect. Pier was right out back and sunset views were sensational. Hard to open back door but no big deal. Moved some things around to make room for our groceries. Loved every minute of our vacation. We will definitely try to book this place again next summer.

Pool is large and centrally located for convenance. Only issue we had was the construction at the time. Siding and wood work was being completed our entire stay. Construction crew started at 7:15am sawing, hammering and drilling away. Not relaxing and enjoyable in any way. Parking access was blocked. We had to park at the adjacent complex. Property management company was very apologetic and unaware of planned construction. I believe fault is on the HOA. If it wasn’t for the construction the I would give it a 5 star rating. I’m sure our next experience will be much better. I would highly recommend using the Property Management Company. Very professional.

FYI: We were not able to connect to WiFi, kept getting message that could not connect to server. Also, several wall plugs did not work and the drain plug in the bathtub in the upstairs room (with twin beds) did not work.

Overall it was a great property and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The condo location on the bay was great but the condo needs some repairs and cleaning. Specifically the condo had the following problems:

The view of the water from the deck is gorgeous and we enjoyed having drinks and meals out there. The rooms are nicely furnished and the beds are comfortable. The many windows (including skylights in two of the bathrooms) provided a lot of natural light. The kitchen is furnished with everything that you could possibly need for cooking, and if you don't want to cook the condo is a stones throw away from Peg Leg's, a popular restaurant and bar on the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and hope to stay there again next year.
