We were very happy with the house. There were plenty of linens, cookware, utensils and beds. The view is amazing. We loved the short walk across the sand to the beach. It was very easy to go back and forth all day long. It was nice to secure our cars in the garage. The only drawback we experienced was that the seating in the living room was only comfortable for 3 on the couch. The side chairs are not comfortable for more than a few minutes. For a home that sleeps so many it would be nice for the main living area to seat at least 10 comfortably. Another couch and 2 comfy chairs would be a good improvement. We sat at the table to play games but it wasn’t fun to sit and watch movies from the table for 2 hours.

The unit is large with plenty of room for groups of people. The kitchen is a dream to cook in.

We had an awesome time staying at this townhouse! The beach view was gorgeous, especially from the upstairs bedroom! The home was clean and provided all the essential needs for a nice trip! We had 14 people and there was room for everyone! We really had a. great time and would recommend this home to others!

The location is amazing - literally steps from the beach without even a walkover; loved the back porch swings and hose off area under the deck; pretty well stocked kitchen. Central air worked great! The washing machine did not rinse and spin - messaged owner but no response, so that was frustrated because we stayed for a whole week and really needed and expected to be able to do laundry. Gas grill was nice to have, but it ran out of gas shortly after I put the burgers on the grill, so that wasn't great. TV over the dining table is a bit awkward and could be more and more comfortable seating in living room to watch a show/movie at night; master bedroom has incredible balcony and very roomy space. We loved our time here, but there was a bit of room for improvement in a few ways.

With the price you are paying you should at least have decent pots and pans to cook with. They had two pans to cook with and one was so warped you couldn’t even use it it would not stay flat on the stove and the other one was like a griddle and the Teflon was coming off of it. Then I understand one thing of toilet paper and paper towels however if you’re staying a week and you have 10 people there I would think at least you accommodate a few rolls in each bathroom. However the beds are comfortable the icemaker did not work they did send a service guy out that same day to take a look at it but unfortunately it was non-repairable which wasn’t a big deal they did come out quick for service. If they would give you nice cookware and have plenty of mixing bowls this would be a five star rating!

When we tried to contact the property to ask for an early check in, the lady who picked up weas super rude, and hung up on us. We ended up having to call their toll free number that was difficult to find before getting our questions answered. The next thing wasn’t too big of an issue, but none of the TVs actually worked, and was mostly just for wall decorations. Another issue that didn’t really bother us since we had cell service, was that the wifi was very terrible, and didn’t connect half the time. If you are looking to watch TV and use their internet, you are better off renting from a different property. The biggest issue we had was the cleaning crew actually showed up a day before checkout, and started to clean up the place. Thankfully we came back in time before they headed up stairs. Apparently they were told we shouldve checked out already, but we weren’t supposed to have checked out until a day later. If we didn’t come back during that time, who knows what would’ve happened with our belongings in the rental house, as they already had a pile of our belongings in the garage, ready to be thrown out. The last issue we had was that there were several pillows that had questionable stains on there, but since we didn’t have too many people living with us, we were able to use another pillow for the week. Besides these issues the house has a very nice view, and the check out process was easy.

The only problem was we were not told of the parking problem. the buildings on either side of us had a garage to park in and a numbered parking space. our building only had the garage. I'm sure the management company knew of this, but failed to inform us, however there was visitor parking which help solve the problem In all the management company did a great job and we would us them and the location again.

I splurged (A LOT) for this trip for 5 days and it was SO worth it!!! Nothing beats having the beach right out the back door and being able to see it every second! Morning walks with my coffee, sunrises and sunsets, walking to and from beach takes mere seconds. They had plenty of toys and bogey boards for the kids to play on and board games at night. I wanted to stay forever!!! Only thing I wish they had done that I'd seen other rental companies do was put out chairs and umbrellas every morning on the beach then pick up for you in the evening. 10/10 will be coming back next year and the next!!!

A little frustrating but not a vacation breaker.

The furniture in the living room was just not very comfortable. Again, tried to spend as much time as the beach, but had enough living room time that the lack of quality furniture was noticed. A couple of other small things like bathroom fans not working and water leaking in the patio door during a storm were minor inconveniences.

Absolutely stunning beach, nice deck, nice kitchen, nice to have a garage to park in, and close to nightlife and the fort. While I hope some minor improvements are made, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend a week there.

It was out longest "vacation" and it felt like a second home. It was off-season so it was very quiet. It was nice to have a private garage and large private deck. The unit was clean in in good repair. Welcome "basket" and starter items (soap, shampoo, paper products) where much appreciated. A few things needed attention when we arrived, so I made a list, called it in and the management company sent someone over the next day to fix most of them. The kitchen was nicely equipped with many appliances, dishes and utensils. The knives where not as sharp as we liked so we picked up some knives. The grill was not heating properly, and the management company replaced it with a new grill the same day. We had family over for 3 nights and there was plenty of space, beds, TVs, towels, dishes, etc. for everyone. 2 or 3 of the bedrooms had a smart TV. A larger smart TV in the living room would be nice given the distance from the sofa to the TV but I was able to connect my laptop to the TV and to the Internet, so I was able to get Netflix that way.

We had perfect weather! Downtown area is cool and we attended an arts/crafts event. My sister just moved there last year and loves it so we just had to check it out! The garage is HUGE and accommodated beach stuff as well as 3 vehicles. Spent tons of time on the deck. Really quiet and no traffic noise. Really enjoyed our stay and we would absolutely come again!
