Location was excellent for us because we needed a train the next day. The reception staff were friendly and helpful.

The fan in the room helps to set the right temperature without noise.

Quiet nights on the 6th floor... very good breakfast... next door to the Central Station... amazing public transport

The staff at the reception- especially Petra - were exceptionally kind. They gave us directions to local attractions etc. The gentleman at the breakfast lounge (I forget his name, but he managed the place), was very nice and kind. Full marks to the staff.

Fantastic hotel across the road from the train station and an easy walk into the town centre. The rooms are generous in size and comfortable. Breakfast was great, plenty of choices, seems like a popular hotel for business people as there were many single diners at breakfast in work attire but equally good for families or couples.

Hotel has a single lift, they do encourage the use of the stairs to help with availability, we had no issues when we were there.

Excellent location near the Karlsplatz and Hauptbahnhof and amazing restaurant Munchner Stubn! This hotel has its own parking space, 19.50€ per day. Staff was very nice and helpful. To the breakfast room you are going with the lift for the breakfast. Very big choices of food, we were satisfied. The hotel is maybe little outdated from the 90-s, but the bed was very comfortable, little fridge, tv, sef...you have everything you need! Sound izolation was great! Cleaning is everyday routine for the cleaning staff. Totally recommend this hotel!

The wifi did not worked in the first day, after multiple claims they sent someone to fix it. In the breakfast room they don't speak english. The rooms are outdated, a renovation is required.

the pictures was way better than the actual room. the bed was not comfortable, and there was no minibar, coffee Nespresso or even water heater and even cups and glasses.
