very convenient, close to night market and famous train station

location was superb

poor hygiene and cleanliness. we asked for cleaner towels when the first batch has got some brown and red stains on them, they replaced them with equally dirty and even ripped towels the second night. the level of service was disappointing when they have such great reviews on this platform.

I am very impressed with the mirror in the room, there is even a mirror for make up that can be pulled out, the staff there are also very good at serving guests😍

Friendly and well trained staff who handled the release of personal info very well. Very clean room, comfy bed, and very quiet even though the hotel is located on a busy street.

Very limited number of parking space on a one way street; not very convenient. Free breakfast was below my expectation; food and drink selections. The weather, super hot and humid, also contributed to my dissastifaction about the need to walk to cafeteria which is located about 2 min walk.

Standard Family room is quite small than the Superior, while the price not different much. Breakfast selection should be improved more and have lotsa variety.

The room is spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast buffet choice is limited but enough. It's 5 mins walk to the Formosa Boulevard MRT, very good location.

It's right next to a main street, so if you're looking for a very quiet place to stay, this might not be it.
