The location is central to Koramangla. This place does not provide any food, so there are plenty of food options nearby the hotel in walking distance.
There was a scuffle middle of the night shouting and screaming. Since I was on the ground floor and the doors aren't noise resistant, I was fully woken up.
This is a cheap hotel. Lots of backpackers and that sort of clients.

Overall very bad , this property didn’t deserve number zero rate

The property is in good area.
The facilities were run down. Bedsheets were unclean and the towel provided was old and had holes in it. Washroom was stinking of sewage water.

The room space is quite good for 3 people though we were only 2.
Room is badly maintained thou it was kinda clean for emergency stay and unfortunately staff is not well trained or professional.

Hotel is very compact, no proper ventilation.

Most of the things - room interior, cleanliness, amenities, host and room guy - were lethargic.
They won't provide you with the facilities unless you go and ask them explicitly.

Washroom. The washbasin outlet was leaking into the washroom.

Mostly cleanliness is not what I expected, the room is dirty , the bed sheets even pillow has stains, there's no bathroom amenities. For the price paid doesn't equate to the room.
