staff was terrible, surprised they still have a job, they were the most unhelpful and rude people i’ve ever encountered. the older lady at reception constantly shook her head at me and at times ignored me and went on her phone while i was trying to explain something, her behaviour was disgusting and she should not be working there. we also ordered 2 chicken nuggets and chips for dinner as the rest of the menu wasn’t for us and very overpriced, for example 40 euros for a piece of chicken and so we ordered from the kids menu 2 nuggets and chips and they charged us 57 euros! and when asked why they said because we are adults they had to double the bill, which i have never heard of in my entire life. they also do not tell you things beforehand and i am just overall surprised they are still in business.

Amazing food and great service throughout our stay. I don't speak French but it worked out fine any way. The only downside is that the room was cold, but don't let that stop from visiting this great hotel. Make sure to eat in there restaurant

Restaurant was delicious and the waitstaff was very nice.

I double-booked the accommodation, accidentally. But the front desk person, was very unwilling to try and accomodate a future stay. We translated our request and apologetic and said that we definitely had plans to visit the area again, so if she could put the second room to a future date. But she would not at all. She was rude and very unpleasant. But the front desk lady, who I can only assume was also the owner - was an awful person. And we will not be staying there again, because of her.

The view was amazing. We really enjoyed it.

booking.com didn’t alert me when I was double-booking the hotel accidentally. 2 rooms for the same dates, unknowingly

all facilities were really great (Indoor and outdoor swimming pools, the restaurant is amazing. we had a fantastic diner. from starters to desert, it was a great experience.

The property was fine by the owner lady was extremely rude and arrogant which made our stay extremely unpleasant.

The attitude of the owner lady ruined every moment of the stay. She is treating customers as they are visiting her property for free and if they are inferior to her through rude service and conversation. Would never go back or recommend this place. Also very steep prices for what it is. Better go to another place in another village nearby.

Superb diner and breakfast even if there are a bit expensive. Restaurant is great. Room was as in the picture. For beginning of July there were a lots of parking space outside. The view from exterior pool is gorgeous. Price good.

A perfect stay in a very lovely hotel and fantastic restaurant

In addition to the pleasant stay and location, the hotel has the most amazing restaurant. Food is really exceptional and 100% recommended if you are in the area.

La patronne super top

This is a nice hotel which we would definitely recommend to our friends and family members. Very friendly staff and owners. Extremely clean. Attractive spa (incl. swimming pool). Large parking space. Excellent food. Attractive surroundings.

The room was a little bit too small for the price we paid (we didn't ask for another room though). A breakfast price of EUR 20/day for our daughter (3) and our son (6) (total for both of them) was charged, which we found a little bit too much, knowing that kids of that age usually don't eat a lot.
