-included convenient parking -nice big tv and comfy couches -spacious outdoor space -proximity to seafront -staff very friendly and helpful

-main bedroom not en suite and bathroom -didn’t include shower (2nd bath had shower) -the place was clean but could have been cleaner - needs a good deep clean. -no air conditioning!

Beds really comfortable, 3 toilets/2 showers, TV was really big with Sky Sport (we watched a sports game), nice outdoor area with large selection of chairs/loungers. Interesting art/interior design choices. Late checkout and location was close to decent pubs/cafes.

Signs everywhere warning no parties allowed and neighbours will ring the police/security patrols if you're using the outdoor space after 11pm. Made us feel unsure if we could sit outside and play cards/drink beers on a Saturday night. Felt like a lot of neighbours could look into the courtyard. Sleeps 8 but this includes mattresses on floors, they weren't proper beds.

The garden was nice and spacious and the host was flexible with check out times and allowed us to keep our car at the property even after check out.

Smaller than what we expected. It looked a lot bigger from the photos. We also had a few creepy crawlies.

nothing very dirty poor location stuck up a back alley with local garages and mechanics working early till late

needs a full deep clean and redecorating these just want to make money out of you so uncomfortable we complained about muck but got a poor response love Brighton hate the edge

The garden was perfect -

Parking was difficult as our car didn't fit into the space allocated. The roads were full also.

location, very cool inside, loved the lighting and slept really well. kids loved the house…….I loved the sex pistoles table and the front room, plus the main bedroom Elvis and vegas lights 😁

Location. Is good. Property has a great garden. Good size rooms Service from hosts was excellent we had a small issue that was resolved immediately
