one of the bad experience overall starting with the day 1. The options available on the booking site to what they provide does not match. I had asked for a room that could accommodate 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids) as the ad showed that the room had a double bed and a futon bed was available. which seemed to be sufficient for my family. but the hotel didn't agree to it and they charged me 1000 + taxes per day. that too just the bed put on the ground. Even though i called up the booking customer care, nothing helped. so bad rating for Booking as well! The bathroom doors in this hotel are made of glass (Frosted) but with the huge gaps on the sides, as good as its open. This was disgusting and they didn't do anything to get that gap closed. The prices are exorbitantly high! and no much options available than to go with buffet food which has different cost for afternoon and night time. Night is more than afternoon! Really?? they have a terrace hotel - name sake - all the food comes from the same kitchen! but the prices for the menu is much higher that what they have at the ground floor. The booking what they show is also rubbish since i could only find 4 to 5 people only.. hence its unwanted blocking that they do! i dont think i can provide or suggest Booking or the Pride hotel to anyone. please correct your mistakes!

1. Please read out the comments provided in the booking and let the customer know if its not possible from your end before the customer arrives, its better to know before than once you arrive at the hotel and then fight for the booking. 2. Take care of the customers, if they are not there then you cant survive! have some respect. 3. Pride hotel - please correct your room before charging so huge to customers - Especially take care of the privacy! Though you are 17 year old, i dont see that experience showing up. 4. Booking - please correct your ad, if the hotel is not able to provide then dont provide the ad! its misleading and its wrong.

as per Booking.com the room size was supposed to be 258 Sq. ft. But it was actually about 120 to 140 Sq. ft. it was a false claim. I had not expected this. I am not sure whether Booking.com team had verified the room size. The bathroom was so small that hardly it was possible to take a shower. For this kind of hotel room the cost was too much. I felt it was not worth to pay that much amount. Over and above WIFI was hardly available even for emails downloading.

As an American women traveling alone (70 years old) I felt very safe. The staff was wonderful from the front desk, the dining room and the room cleaning service.

Breakfast was good.

WiFi didn't work at all. Bed sheets and pillow covers were dirty with stainsWash basin sink was blocked and hence water was coming out. Mosquitoes were all over in the room and throughout the hotel.
