Dogs around the pool .. a no no . No staff enforcing the rules posted around the pool , warning that No dogs are allowed in the area. So called A la Carte Restaurant, basically sea facing poolside coffee shop ,very poor . Greasy food and most of the time cold food .To be avoided .The patio area needs a good clean Deck chairs loungers need a good scrub.. Toilets facilities around the pool do not have proper locks .

Location was beautiful. The view from our sea view room was stunning.

If you are looking for serenity - peace, quiet and relax, this is an amazing place to stay at. The location is very beautiful. The staff was amazing, attentive and welcoming.

There was a smell from the shower drain which only happened days after I checked in. Housekeeping fixed it straight away as soon as I reported it.

i was aware that some facilities are adults only, but according to the information on booking.com “children of age 13 years old and above are considered adults at this property”. Could not even sit on the upper terrace with my 13 old daughter or use pools (only one pool is allowed to use for kids). There was no view from our room (balcony) just a fence.

I liked the view, the pool area, the privacy and the breakfast. The shuttle to and from Peguera was also very nice. Also you couldn't reserve the sun or balinese beds, which was very nice. There was always room near the pool.

The corridors smelled a little bad, there could have been more atmosphere.

The location is excellent. the pool side area and the beach, which is easily accessible are very nice. breakfast area and breakfast options are lovely. rooms are beautiful with sea view.

limited availability of spa treatments due to staff being on leave. gym not available even to older children (e.g. 14-18). some of the room towels are really old and broken and need replacing.

Friendly staff, good breakfast

Room had a bit unpleasant smell, "sea view" was rather vie on some dirty metal construction in front as we got ground floor room. We got confirmation in the evening we could be relocated to another room higher, but in The morning we were told we will have to pay extra fee for that (cleaning). Hotel has access to the beach, but there are only concrete plates there with no sunbed (in the meantime there were few from another hotel nearby we could not use).

NOTHING! This hotel was extremely hostile and aggressive. Did not even make it past checking in. This hotel does not seem to be welcoming to American tourists.

The staff was hostile and aggressive. Tried to withhold our passports. Tried to force me to pay twice the price while screaming and threatening me.

the breakfast was awful. the hotel is very dated, more like bad 3* hotel. do not go to this hotel, there is a same price point petit cala fornells next to it, thats dated but still has old world charm to it. i hated every second in this hotel.

Superb location and view. Good breakfast.

NO sun beds at the beach (despite being shown in the pictures). we had to go to the sun beds of the hotel next door… that were almost always full. there is NO free parking, 50 euros fee a day which i think is a lot considering how much we had paid per night to begin with… finally, we booked a room with sea view and reception put us in a room on the back of the hotel.. said couldn’t change the room that late in the evening so we had to move rooms next day.

The room was nice and clean, and the facilities are good. The 'panorama pool' would have been better (for us) had it not been a 'naked allowed' area - but that's all up to preference. The breakfast was great (other than some plates being dirty), we strongly recommend their omellette. Lunch in the á la carte restaurant was also up to expectations.

We were unlucky with some dirty plates during breakfast, and the hamburger I had for lunch was not the best. But that's about it!
