1. Limited local channels in the room TV. Recommend improving entertainment selections (i.e. installing smart TVs to allow phone mirroring or better cable service provider) 2. Operator phone number "0" does not answer despite calling during times of operations per the provided hotel policy. 3. WIFI does not connect to internet.

The pregnant receptionist is not supposed to be working on the reception she doesn't know how to communicate properly to her guest. We felt like not being a customer We felt like i asked a favor of sleeping over on her transient house.

Place was very quiet and a bit far from the main road making it peaceful.

The receptionist acted and sounded commanding at all times. She was very unwelcoming as if we owe her by staying there. We drove from North to South, tired and exhausted and we get this kind of treatment from her. Called them many times before our check in date and I was not inform that I need to present a photocopy of the CC, ID of the CC owner and Authorization letter from the CC owner. I clearly told her before I booked our rooms that I have no CC (only Debit Card) that I will use someone’s CC instead. She never mentioned anything over the phone that I need to present those. Note that I called them after booking it and called them the next day as well to re-confirm. Again, she never mentioned anything about those aforementioned. No complimentary water. We had to buy outside during our stay. AC was not cold enough. Pool was dirty. I had to ask pleasantly the commanding receptionist to clean the pool. No attendant at the Parking area. Cars were parked with very little spaces making it too hard to get out of it. Overall experience was fair. Will surely not recommend this.
