I recently had the opportunity to stay at an OYO hotel, and it was a reminder of why I tend to stay away from chain hotels like this one. OYO seems to rebrand old, run-down hotels as budget-friendly options, and unfortunately, my recent experience was no exception. The lack of quality checks at their partner hotels is evident, as my stay was far from pleasant. Upon entering my room, I noticed that it looked quite old and outdated, not at all like the bright and clean pictures advertised. Despite this, I was willing to overlook the design as long as I had a comfortable place to sleep. However, my night's sleep was anything but comfortable due to a noisy and malfunctioning AC at 12:40AM. The loud clicking sound from the AC made it impossible to go back to sleep peacefully. The staff was nice enough to troubleshoot it herself but it didn't help at all..expectedly. I asked for an alternative room but they didn't have any vacancy. This left me with no choice but to endure the discomfort of the loud and airconless room. Without the white noise of the AC, you can hear the dreaded karaoke from the pleasant neighbourhood. Also, the light wouldn't even turn off completely. Some might argue that I shouldn't be too picky since it's a budget hotel, but I have stayed in cheaper and much more pleasant accommodations, so that excuse falls flat. Furthermore, having worked in the hotel industry in the past, I believe I have the right to be critical. I want to emphasize that the staff was friendly and tried their best, but the underlying issues lie with the management and the hotel's overall condition. Where's the attention to detail. The most concerning aspect was the lack of cleanliness throughout the entire hotel. I even encountered roaches in my room, which was extremely off-putting. The hotel urgently needs a deep cleaning to ensure a more comfortable and hygienic stay for guests. You can see the dust in the TV and window edges.

They have rooms good couple, families and even barkadas. Malaki ang mga beds and spacious ang room. Enough space for us to move inside the room

We thought may extra charge pa since around 800 lang ang rate pero yung rate online inclusive na pala. very affordable considering na yung location is very convenient in Diliman, QC

Sa sobrang comfy and conveniently located, I am even thinking of booking here for long stay. As in , they provide everything that is much needed in a room. we have 3 different reservations and they did make up room daily. you can also request na daily din ang palit ng linens. unlike sa ibang hotel na pag ilang araw ka nag stay, usually may interval yung change ng linens

Excellent location near the Land Transportation Office (LTO) in East Avenue. It was very convenient to walk to LTO for my husband's license renewal. The cafe staff and the guard were very friendly and helpful.

Proximity to transportation services, supermarkets & restaurants

There's an on-going road construction right in front of the hotel, which brings so much inconvenience, especially when it rains. This is beyond the hotel's control of course.

My 1st time here, but front desk staff is not friendly. No access in netflix and youtube. There’s a water coming from the walls when it rains heavily.
