We have always camped out when going to Rocky Mountain National Park and this was our first time booking a VRBO for the first time and I must say it was a success. Rebecca was very accommodating and quick responding to any questions we had. Our family of 11 was able to enjoy an awesome vacation and felt at home here. Not to far from grand lake,granby, or the RMNP entrance and was very peaceful and relaxing spot. Would highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be doing this again. This trip was planned so I could propose to my fiancé. It was an experience the family will never forget! The accommodations were great and fit our family just right.

Our entire family thoroughly enjoyed our week at this home. Our 12 year old son asked if we could stay another week! The house is perfectly located between the conveniences of Granby and the fun of Grand Lake. It is also only minutes from the National Park. The owner stayed in contact and provided great suggestions to ensure we enjoyed our vacation.

Great place. Plenty of room for everyone. Very well appointed. Highly recommended. Fyi about 6 miles from Grand Lake town. 5 minute drive to boat rental on Lake Granby.

This place fits 3 families perfectly. We had one extra guest who did not have a family and he stayed in the basement which was perfect. So many options for extra beds as well. My only recommendation would be to label all the light switches it got a bit confusing. The views were amazing!! We will definitely try to stay again.

Looking out over the mountains and lake was awesome from the sunny living room. I also loved the downstairs entry and garage for easy storage of all our ski gear.

We arrived during one of snowiest times in the last year or so, at least according to the news! The house was warm, spacious and clean, super convenient for the snowmobiling we came to Grand Lake for, and the host was outstanding. She is a great communicator, clear, concise, thorough, and gave us great advice when we rolled into the snowy area with not-the-right-vehicle. Great place for a big group -- highly recommended!

We were 13 people staying in the house for 5 nights, adults and children from 3 families. Our stay was awesome, the home was great size for all of us, it was clean and everything worked out fine. The mountain views were wonderful to look at. Overall, we had a very memorable time in the mountains and this property was perfect for us. We will definitely book it again if we return to Granby for vacation. Thanks Rebecca.

This was such a fun get away and perfect spot if you have family especially young kids. The view of the lake was breath taking as we sipped our coffee each morning. The house had plenty of supplies and comfy beds. Grand Lake was a cute little town to explore and Rocky Mountain National Park was only a few minutes away. Would highly recommend!

Perfect property for our family! Location was central to local destinations. Correspondence with the owner was quick and courteous. Visitors guidebook from owner was helpful. We enjoyed the local rodeo, drove through Rocky Mountains and saw a lot of wildlife up close. Visited Estes Park, rented a pontoon on Granby Lake. Rode the train in Georgetown and toured the local goldmine. Walked around, shopped and dined in Winterpark and Grand Lake. Fun filled, enjoyable, memorable week!

This house was great! We spent a long weekend there with friends for my boyfriend's birthday. There was enough room for everyone to have their own space and room for us to all hang out. The location was beautiful! Great mountain and lake views. We found some tubing hills and great restaurants, and went into Rocky Mountain National Park for a hike. The host was very helpful if any issues came up.

If you can't do stairs do not rent this home if you can it is a beautiful place to stay

We stayed for nine days. Had a great trip. It’s a big home. I would suggest when you want to replace the living room furniture, get a large sectional. This would give more room for family room seating. Rather than dragging dinning room chairs back and forth every day.

Great for families looking to explore the outdoors. Not far from multiple lakes and hikes. We had up to 8 adults at one point and 4 children staying. Plenty of places to sleep. Could have used more couches, but that wasn't unexpected. Loved that we were 5 minutes from Beacon Landing and Pine Beach. Just a few more minutes the Grand Lake town center.

My husband and I stayed in this large, beautiful house in Grand Lake just last week and LOVED it! The house is large, beautifully furnished (everything from the flooring and woodwork to the beds, linens, and kitchen). The living room has 2 large sliding glass doors (with tall glass windows above) that open to a wrap around deck that overlooks the lake. The home was clean and tidy, the kitchen had all of the right appliances, utensils, bowls, etc, and the couches and king bed in the master were lovely (there were 2 additional rooms with additional beds as well -- wish our kids would have been able to join us and enjoy it)! The owner/manager was responsive to our emails ahead of the stay and made it all very easy from the directions to get there, to the entry, etc. We WILL be back!!

This house was exactly what we were looking for. A home away from home! The house was so clean and had all that we needed in it. We will definitely stay here again!
