In September 2022 I rented Giorgio's beautiful family flat to stay with my two 80-year old aunts. We had a great time: the flat was greatly decorated, spacious, quiet and peaceful and everything was there. It also was a chance to get out of the business of Venice and have quiet time with a book.... I would stay there again, the only challenge was the 4 flight of stairs to get to the flat!

Superbe séjour Dans l appartement de Giorgio à deux pas de la plage et de l’arrêt de bus qui nous conduit à l’embarcadère. Un pied à Venise, l’autre dans la mer. Giorgio est un propriétaire très facile d’accès qui nous a fait confiance (prêt de linge, de vélos…). Vacances inoubliables dans cet immeuble calme.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, schön eingerichtet und verfügt über alles, was man für den Aufenthalt braucht. Insbesondere auch die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Zu der Wohnung gehört auch ein kleiner Garten, den man über den Keller erreicht. Unseren Kindern und uns hat der Aufenthalt bei Giorgio sehr gut gefallen.

Ich kann die Wohnung nur empfehlen. Sehr sauber, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Lage ist auch fast perfekt

Wir verbrachten eine tolle Woche in der schönen und geschmackvoll eingerichteten, venezianischen Wohnung auf dem Lido. Giorgio hat uns persönlich und sehr nett empfangen und uns wertvolle Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben. Die grosse Wohnung hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht und ist sehr zentral gelegen (3 Busstopps bis zum Vaporettoanleger und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten/Restaurants in Gehdistanz).

Ruhige lage in altem haus, toll eingerichtet. Würden wir gerne wieder buchen, in weniger schwierigen zeiten.

Für einen Besuch von Venedig ist diese Wohnung ideal gelegen, man erreicht die Vaporetto-Station Lido zu Fuß (10 min) oder per Bus. Auch die anderen Inseln in der Lagune sind gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist großzügig, hell und sonnig, bietet Ausblick auf die Lagune und ist sehr geschmackvoll im alten Stil eingerichtet. Wir haben den Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen.

The three large bedrooms with original floors and fitting decoration and furniture were beautiful, the largest in fact one of the most romantic room we ever lived in. We had long dinners during late evenings in the dining room, with windows and a balcony facing two directions, like sitting with the sky right outside the room watching sunsets and dramatic thunders. The apartment is neat, clean, well kept, with all functions. By bus we were at Santa Maria Elisabetta within a few minutes, for further transportations by vaporetto to Venice's all treasures; the Biennale, Giardini, is reached within 5-10 minutes from there, as for an example. Giorgio was a nice and easy reached host, and we really recommend this apartment warmly.

Een zeer mooi appartement. Op de 3e verdieping met weids uitzicht en -voor ons- voldoende frisse lucht 's nachts (er is geen airco/ventilator). Compleet met voldoende beddengoed en handdoeken. We konden zelfs de wasmachine in de kelder gebruiken. Keuken en badkamer zijn gerenoveerd. Aparte tuin voor de gasten. We hebben genoten. Prettige en snelle communicatie met Giorgio. Dank je! Voor herhaling vatbaar!

Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig, elegant und hochwertig klassisch eingerichtet. Wir wurden sehr freundlich und entspannt empfangen, es fehlte an nichts. Die Lage ist perfekt: in 30min ist man auf dem Markusplatz und in 10min am Meer. Der Lido di Venezia eignet sich auch abends schön zum Essen und Bummeln, alles perfekt! Gerne wieder!!!

Very nice apartment, very clean, nice furniture, well equiped. There was everything we needed. Perfect location! Giorgio is a very kind host. He waited for us as we arrived late at night.  We recommend it and would like to come back!

Giorgio was incredibly gracious and trusting and very helpful when one of our colleagues forgot his passport and had to quickly return and pick it up. Honestly the place has it all: a stone's throw from the city and a 10 minute walk to the beach. Very very highly recommended.
