rooms were clean. housekeeping staff were courteous.

1) split AC should be there. window AC was noisy 2) Insufficient hangers for clothes (Only 2 per room) 3) food options were very limited both ala carte as well as breakfast 4) in house laundry facilities not available (they direct you to a nearby launderette) 5) rooms are no smoking. big no no. there should be smoking rooms available

The rooms are very spacious. Beds are comfortable. Location of the hotel is super located within Makati. Breakfast and Coffee are very good and tasty. Breakfast F&B waiters are very good. Good water pressure inside the shower. Value for money.

The hotel do not have a lot of parking spaces, what you should consider into your planning, if you arrive with the car. We had a room with an very old air-condition that was very loud operating (please consider to change it in the near seen future). The shower was not properly cleaned inside the corners, you could see the brown dirt already (superficial cleaning).

The best hotel I stayed in Philippines. All people are very polite and highly professional. I really was nicely surprised about the room size, bed comfort quality, it exceeds my expectations. Congratulations for everybody and manager also for building such a great team.

the location and staff were great

the first room didn’t have a window and I wasn’t aware of this when I booked. the second room I stayed in didn’t have a clean bathroom. there was pee all over the toilet seat and the shower wasn’t clean at all. I told the front desk but they didn’t offer any type of solution besides moving rooms.
