We've been staying in Florida Condos for 7 years now and truly can say this has been the best experience so far. The property is as advertised and frankly, better. The amenities were a pleasant surprise like, shower, shampoo and conditioner are supplied in each bathroom on hanging dispensers on the wall. A complementary selection of K-cup coffee's for guests are provided complimented by a multi function coffee maker unit that does K-cup as well as full pot for fresh ground coffee. The balcony chairs and table are second to none. And most, the king size bed is probably the most comfortable we've ever experienced and we don't stay in cheap places. Special recognition to the property manager, Kerri of Premium Vacation Properties, as perhaps the most pleasant and responsive manager we've had.

This condo is a great place to stay. It is really nice and very clean. I would highly recommend anyone to stay there when in Daytona.

This property by far has been the best I have stayed at in Daytona and I have stayed at quite a view. The ambiance, cleanliness, availability of the host, views of the beach. I could go on and on, but in order to get the gist of what I’m saying, just book your stay here.

To start, the property manager Kerri was just wonderful to deal with. Any questions I had prior to or during our stay she would answer them right away. Thanks Kerri. As far as the condo, it really is a beautiful place so what you see in the pictures is what you get. Spacious, great view, comfortable beds (my wife wants to buy the same mattress now) and everything you need for a stay. Great location for going to the racetrack as I was there for the Rolex 24. If we come back to this area, this is the place I'll be staying at if I can get it.

This condo is seriously the best! From cleanliness to amenities. We had never stayed for the fourth and watching fireworks on the riverside and the beach side were spectacular! Mae even had one small inconvenience (from another condo having issues). We notified the host and it was fixed immediately. They go above and beyond to make your stay feel like a home away from home. I would give this condo 20 stars if I could.❤️

We loved everything about this property. They have thought of everything. Breach-chairs, Beach towel and several beach toys. The kitchen was fully stocked. We will be booking again sometime soon.

The beautiful condo was tastefully renovated throughout, super clean and came complete with everything but groceries! Though we didn't cook, a gourmet meal could easily have been prepared. The linens and towels were fresh and white and the bed was super comfy. We mostly enjoyed the beach with family staying in other condos on site but restaurants are plentiful. Kerri is a pleasure to work with, very responsive and communicated frequently to make sure we were pleased. This is one of my new favorite condos and exceeded my expectations!

The stay was amazing. Views of the beach from the unit were phenomenal, and the comforts of home were readily available. The only drawback was the the doors to the laundry room need maintenance, and the thermostat should be adjustable for guests as a box fan should not supplement cooling in the master bedroom. Our family woulld highly recommend a stay at this property, and we would stay again in the future.

This property was awesome beach side, pool side and beautiful sunrise and sun set. All the convenient of home away from home. They provide everything needed during a stay from dishes, coffee, umbrella, beach chairs to soap, shampoo and lotion. Great breakfast view while watching the sunrise on your beach side patio.

I am so happy we chose this condo! The view was magnificent and the place was beautiful. The inside was better than the pictures and so spacious. We can't wait to come back again!

Our family had the best time. The condo had everything you'd ever need for a wonderful beach vacation. From beach chairs to kitchen essentials...they thought of everyting! The view and location could not have been better. The pool is heated and well maintained. Kerri was very easy to get a hold of if we need anything. We'd love to go back.

This was our 1st time to stay at Daytona Beach. Our condo was beautiful, spacious and decorated lovely. We have 4 kids ranging from 8-20. The couch was comfy and large enough to sleep on. We loved the patio leading out from the living room and master bedroom. There were a variety of little things That made our stay enjoyable: the private laundry room across from our condo had tons of beach toys and chairs for us to use, the bathrooms had a large supply of shampoo, conditioner and body wash, the condo was stocked with enough toilet paper and paper towels also soaps for us to wash dishes and clothes. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We went during mid October. It was the perfect time of year. The ocean was still warm and we could sit out on the beach all day and not be too hot. It was not busy at all. The location is very nice and felt safe. Stores are only 5 mins away. Daytona boardwalk is about 15 mins away. We would definitely stay again.

When I walked in and saw the Rae Dunn and box fan in the closet, I knew I was home! The condo was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated and very well stocked. The property managers were very attentive, checked on us frequently and made sure we were happy. We will be back to #1006!

We normally stay at another condo when we come to Daytona, but this one is now our favorite. It was perfect for our family of 6. Very up-to-date with furniture & technology. There was plenty of space, games for the children to play with. Beach toys, chairs, tent, even a cooler for our beach days. The kitchen set up was open & very clean. Bed rooms had a great amount of space to play or do whatever. Our kids shared the double bed room & they had enough room to drag all of their toys out. Bed were very comfortable, even the pillows! (I hate pillows that aren’t mine)- even asked Kerri where the pillows are from haha. Overall the place was beautiful with the perfect view. Absolutely loved it.

The view was beautiful and the room had everything we needed away from home! The beds were comfortable and the laundry unit was so convenient. We loved our stay!

I cannot say enough positives about this condo! From the very beginning communication was top notch! We were floored at how beautiful the condo was when we walked in! Stunning views from the 10th floor. Everything was clean and gorgeous! Pool and beach were right there for us to enjoy. The private laundry was an added bonus that we were spoiled by! I’ve already sent the condo to several friends and told them it’s a must book. We can’t wait to come back. One of the nicest places that we’ve ever stayed on the beach! Thank you so much!!!♥️♥️♥️♥️

This condo is amazing!!! We love staying at this condo complex! In all the years coming this THE NICEST UNIT! it was very clean! The remodel is gorgeous! The furniture and color schemes were beautiful! Amazing vacation with my husband and children! Would recommend highly to anyone! Will Definitly be back!
