Lovely big apartment with everything we needed.

The traffic noise was very very loud.

Spacious and clean (except the sofa and rather old bath towels) apartment which made my working holiday very pleasant. The location is great as its just off the the congested tourist area of Georgetown, and walking distance from many restaurants and shops.

The wifi was not very good, so I had to use my hotspot for work calls.

Convenient location nearby most attractions in the area.

No lift/elevator. Need to climb stairs to goto second floor. Not for handicap or people with leg issues.

Spacious, clean and well equipped apartment. Very comfortable place to stay. Helpful reception staff. Washing machine.

A little far from central tourist areas. It’s 1.5-2 km but walking in the heat and humidity was hard work with a child. It’s not 350m like it says on the booking site.There’s the buses but it seemed too complicated to work out in the few day that we were there. And it was quite noisy at night fronting a busy road.

For some weird reason they don’t supply hand towels so you have to use the bath towel every time you wash your hands.

Located in the heart of the town, 5 mins walk to the market, 7 mins to Komtar. Spacious apartment, washing machine, microwave, induction cooker, all there. Comfortable stay.

It's bit noisy as it's near the main road. Pillows are too big

Location too far from most destinations and lack of food and public transport options Unclean- there was lizard in the living room almost went into our baggage A.C kept turning on and off by itself Staff kept telephoning and disturbing because they didnt trust anybody heritage different from Malaysian. Tried to enter room to check but i denied request Security deposit and tourism tax (nowhere in Malaysia this is taken) again trust issues by management with regards to tourists Property was not in good shape with paint chipping away and tv not switching on. Sockets were loose which could have been fatal if we had children which thankfully we didnt
